Hi! Welcome to the community! Could you please explain about what templates you are asking for?
-
No, Sean. Unfortunately, there is no change - it's not possible to hide it.

Thank you for clarification. You're right, this is how it works in Jira. You can try to use Forms. But it's necessary to split your second custom field (with Cx) to two. So you will be able to create the first section with first custom field - category Px. Depending on selection, you will present different custom field:…

Hi @veerabhaskar, If you have a such simple structure, would you consider using cascading custom field? It allows you to create a two level cascading structure. P1 -->C1 -->C2 P2 -->C3 -->C4

Hi @Chalsea Carroll-Lueschow You marked that you use Jira Service Management. Do you want to use this custom field on the request form? Let's considerate using combination of more than one custom field and Forms which allows you to create dynamic form. Also, explore Assets as you have a Premium plan. I don't know your use…

Hi @Romy Meyers 1. Internal test is probably name of your Organization. To remove this option, you have to remove yourself from this organization. 2. Charts and Reports comes from the app. You can check in Manage apps what apps are installed on your instance. 3. It's not possible to remove it.

Hi @natasha.donald , You're right. I passed it to Atlassian team and they'll fix it asap. Thank you!

@Raghunath Gollapinni , if you're asking about app, I can recommend our Issue Templates Agent for Jira. It works on native Create issue screen what is awesome 😃 You can create templates for every issue type, we support all levels. What's more, next month we'll release a possibility to create big, multi-level structure of…

@amandagit, I'm trying to register but when I want to submit the form I see the warning that it's an error on the server. Could you please check it?
-
Hi @Stefan Mraz You can also use our app Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management. With this app, you can use all configuration of request type which you have. In our app you have to only define which fields should be edited. What is awesome, you can define different fields depending on conditions defined using JQL, for…

I see on my dashboard that the correct name is Jira Road Map. I also use Jira standard.
-
@Stephen Holtom , It's not possible to create any template for Description. If you create a lot of stories, I can recommend you to try our app which solves this problem: Issue Templates Agent for Jira. All values defined in template are prepopulated in fields when you open a Create issue dialog.
-
First of all, you have to enable this feature. Go to service project, select Project settings, and Features section.
-
Hi @Aysia Wright You can try Customer management feature available in service projects. It's a native solution. Just simply click Customers or Organizations in the left navigation in your project to find it. If you need more advanced solution, I can recommend you to try our app called Customer & Organization Management.…

Hi @Fabio Salvi Subtasks must be created in the same project as Task/Story. It's not possible to split them. What you can do is creating Epic (issue type level +1) and Task/Story/ any other issue type from level 0 in different projects. Here is what I found in the official Atlassian documentation (source) Note that when…
-

I can recommend a solution provided by our company: Issue Templates Agent for…

Hi @Gareth Rickets As @Rustem Shiriiazdanov _Actonic_ mentioned, there is no such native functionality in Jira. When you change a link type name is only a name, so this is why "is merged to" doesn't work. Using automation rule, keep in mind that limitations has been changed recently (and you marked that you use Standard…

Hi @Jeferson Carlos dos Santos , There is no native gadget available to do it. You can achieve it using our free app called ITSM Reports for Jira Service Management. @piotr.bazan as @Trudy P Claspill wrote, this app is free up to 10 users. I've already added this sentence to my original post to make it more clear to all.
-
Hi @Martin Samuelsson , There is no such feature in the native Jira. You can achieve it using our app Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management. With this app, customers can edit their request, even this field is not added on the request form. You can also define, using JQL, in which conditions this field can be edited by…
