Hi @Maël Pégny Welcome to the community! I believe is the date the assets was created into the Object Schema. Same with the "updated" attribute. If you go under the "Activity" of one of the objects you will see that the dates should match on the creation and last update made to the object. Regards, Fabian

Hi @Maël Pégny Welcome to the community! If you are referring to the attributes in the "Application" Objects under "Application Portfolio" noted below, it's just the Jira Group that supports that application. You can use that attribute to automatically tag the issue to notify that group or put it in their queue. The way…

Hi @Josh Rossman Unfortunately, you have the correct approach through the policies and maintenance windows configuration, which would be a nightmare to configure and maintain. A suggestion would be to create all the policies via rest APIs. Then trigger the maintenance creation via a rest api call when a JSM change ticket…

Hi @Guilherme Vernier Welcome to the community! Have you come along this article explaining the integration: https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/integrate-opsgenie-with-datadog/ I have worked with various clients where events from Datadog come into opsgenie and based on DD tags or other attributes you can…

Hi @HanQiao Since you have access to the JSM Project and have a license, I would go to the permissions checker helper (Projects settings -> Permissions) and see whether you have the permissions to assign an issue and be the assignee. You may have to update the permissions scheme or the people/roles in the project. Regards

@Shaun Neighbour Remember, you only pay for the agents or JSW users. Requestors from the JSM portal are not counted. Unless the 14000 students are consuming JSW licenses...

Hi @Shaun Neighbour You can try this plugin: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212681/secure-fields-data-security-privacy?hosting=cloud&tab=overview as Atlassian won't implement it as stated here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-204 Regards, Fabian
-
Hi @Vera Valshonok As long as they have a JSM agent license they should be able to do it. The customer/queues, organizations are only visible with the the JSM license. Regards, Fabian

Hi @Gord Spence Based on the current configurations, I don't think it's possible as you have researched. I suggest you add this as a feature request and see if it gets some tracking here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Announcement-articles/We-re-changing-how-we-manage-feature-suggestions/ba-p/2328033

Hi @Jim Hartmann I suggest you look into the marketplace or wait until end of September where this will be ouf of the box when they introduce the asset manager (aka airtrack).

Hi @Ali Raza Welcome to the community! Unfortunately, out of the box you will not able to do it. You will have to look into reporting plugins from the marketplace. (e.g. Time in Status) Regards, Fabian
-
You may have to look into some workflow plugins in the marketplace (e.g. JSU, JMWE, JWT) are the easy ones to setup. Regards, Fabian

Any rich filter report can be added to the dashboards.

Hi @Ste404 For this one, I would use a custom field that is hidden that counts the number of times the transition is executed. Essentially you will subtract 1 to it in the post-function of the transition that calls itself. You will have to figure out how the initial value is populated though. I hope this helps. Fabian

Hi @Pavith Dassanayake Welcome to the community! My understanding is that it works only within the same project. I'm assuming you are planning to track PIR in a centralized project. You could use automation to trigger a creation of a PIR, link it to the incident and copy some of the fields from the incident, but I don't…

Hi @Mohamed Saad Taha You may want to take a look at Comala workflows and Comala Publishing. They provide you with the capabilities to have reviewers approving confluence pages and also manage what get published into the Portal KB. Hola @luisa Fernanda Bienvenida a la comunidad! Lamentablement, no se pueden ocultar campos en la creación como en los tickes the Jira. Una opción sería que pongas en la description del campo que no lo llenen cuando se crea. Saludos, Fabian

Hi @Dominique GALIBERT Welcome to the community! You can have a transition screen with a customfield "Yes" or "No". Based on the selection, you can move the status with Jira Automation. You will have to figure out in which transition this pop-up. Regards, Fabian
