Hi @Anshumaan Bhartiya: I work with a lot of clients and issue security is one of the features that comes up a lot. It becomes very tedious to configure when you have many groups that require separate access. Would love to chat with you. Fabian

Excellent News! Great Job!

Hi Trthomas, It's Sept 2026 and the MS Teams features are still lacking unfortunately like you shared. I'm hoping that with the new MS Teams Rovo features, Atlassian will be able to enhance the experience for JSM customers from the MS Teams Chat UI. Regards, Fabian

Thanks for putting this together.

Hi @Scott Wright I suggest you create a csv that has the corresponding value between the two schemas. Then do a bulk import that links the it assets objects to the referenced antivirus. You can reference by name and as long as the object attribute is set for external shemas links you are good. Fabian

Hi trThomas, I don't think this is possible even in 2026. But it's a good idea so that you don't get bombarded with messages. Regards, Fabian

Hi Jacob, Welcome to the community! Don't think this is possible. You will have to have a totally separate channel where requesters can interact with the agents and then invoke assist to create a ticket. There are other plugins that do this such as the chat app from Appfire. Regards, Fabian
-
Hi @Kent G I always try to keep it to less statuses as possible, so I would prefer just one. However, I've worked with clients who want to track a separate status, so it would also depend on the reporting needs as you build your workflow. Regards, Fabian

Hi @Nathan Robertson Welcome to the community. I remember trying to grab the channel as well for a similar use case, but I was told by Atlassian that is not available as a smart value for automation nor a custom field unfortunately. Fabian

Hi Sonal, I suggest you create a ticket with Atlassian support. Most of the community members may not have access to test the qualys platform to provide any insights. Regards, Fabian

This is great. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for sharing. I'm happy to see that MS teams is getting some love, compared to the fully loaded slack chatops feature set.

Great breakdown on how Rovo and KBs can work together.
-
Excellent news. We will see how we can incorporate these features for many of our itsm clients.

Hi @Franz , You may want to create a ticket with Appfire who is the App Vendor directly. Link: https://support.appfire.com/page/support Regards, Fabian

Hi @Surojit Mondal Most likely something is down in the back end. I would wait and try to create the site later. Regards, Fabian

Oh assets, I missed that. My recommendation is to use EazyBI reporting. It's better than the out of the box dashboards/reports in assets.
-
Hi @Jose Manuel Gude Since you are the product admin, check your permissions scheme in the space settings and ensure that your role/group/user has the permissions to delete work items. Regards, Fabian
-
Hi @Sander de Vries My recommendation would be to create a dashboard with the filter results gadget and have the columns you need. Make sure you have the right filters created. This way you don't have select the columns you need when you do a search. Regards, Fabian
-
@Jeremias Renner : The only way I've been able to do this is via automation with the advanced edit fields.

Hi @DG , This video shows you how to set the proper filters between asset custom fields: https://youtu.be/8oRZhGGB-ns?si=mdouxt3aQUP3zcUA Regards, Fabian

Hi @Mark Higgins , With an escalation policy, it will still respect the corresponding on-call schedule that was set. Regards, Fabian
-
@Dave Mathijs , which field schemes are you refering to?
-
Hi @zurich6 , Check whether the customer permissions in your project and globally are set properly. Also check that if it's "restricted", the customers organization or users are allowed into the JSM project. Hi @Corey Hampton I would consider creating a new custom field that determines the value of impact score. For example for Change Enablement, we calculate the Risk Level Calculation where customers answer several questions on the form and then use automation to calculate its score. We then use the value to determine which…

Hi @Ben Silver The complexity will depend on how many teams you have. If it's a single team, you can create a team and email integration that will scrape the email body for specific texts like priority, service, etc. Then you can set a rule on whether an alert should be generated. For example, if the body contains…

Hi @Syeda Raeesa Batool Welcome to the community! Hi @Flávio Leite , Based on this announcement, I don't think it's possible: Transitioning to Service Collection | Jira Service Management Cloud | Atlassian Support Unfortunately, you will be paying higher prices. However, you can embrace the change by using ROVO and Assets to help with your current workflows. Assets with…
