The alert is assigned to the responders team based on the escalation policy. If you want to edit more info on the alerts, you will have to use the alert automation functionality. Yes, they are still building improvements.

Hi @Wade H Believe it or not, this is not clean right now. You will have to use Jira Automation and use the "Edit" action in the advanced form to populate the responder team. Instructions: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/Possible-to-add-responder-via-automation-to-an-incident/qaq-p/1915275 I hope…

Hi @John R Nord Welcome to the community! It looks like you have custom reports that you are looking for so you need a flexible reporting tool. Therefore, I would recommend eazyBI ( @eazyBI Support ). You can create pretty much any type of report and their support is great. Some example of graphs you are looking for:…

Hi @James Nelson You will need a third party plugin unfortunately. Here are a bunch of options for you: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=cloud&product=jira-service-management&query=survey Regards, Fabian

Hi @Tim Vroon Welcome to the community! Your approach may work, but you need to provide the link that is used in the portal to confluence and not the direct confluence link. If you provide the direct confluence link, you will have to consume a license for the end user. the only issue is that any customer will be able to…

adding @Logan Vantrease who is the Product Manager for the helpdesk+ app and could provide you with a demo.

Hi @Sandra Hall You will probably have to change it to the #FFFFFF colour code. Details can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qmxgL5xb_bk Regards, Fabian

@Mauricio Dávila En en enlace explica que despues de habilarlo globalmente, tienes que actualizar los espacio uno a uno: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/make-a-space-public-829076202.html Saludos, Fabian

haha fair enough. I was just trying to say that you can't do it with the out of the box solution so don't waste your time. I've already tried this with other clients and the only other way that we made it work was through the app. You can decide to whether you want to use it or create multiple JSM projects for each of the…

Hola @yuliana seijas Aca esta tu respuesta: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/Importing-cascading-field-using-CSV-file-in-Jira/ba-p/2618631 Saludos, Fabian

Hi @Mike Lazarus I would use automation to send a channel notification about the ticket to the specific channel. Then whoever is in the channel can go to the ticket and approve it. The only issue with this is that you will be asked to go through the url to approve. The other option, is why don't you keep it simple and use…

To be honest, the best way to go is to do what you mention on the post. 1. Make sure you are in premium JSM in the target 2. Transfer the services through api or even a object import over so that the options are available. 3. Export the tickets into a csv. Use excel to match and populate the service to the new service…

Hi @Vincent Kopa _Ovyka_ Have you tried using this: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211611/configuration-manager-for-jira-cmj?hosting=cloud&tab=overview It's a great app from appfire @Cody Wooten {Appfire}

Hi @Brady Buttrey If you are sending a new jira form (proforma form) after the closing of the ticket, you can send an email that takes them back to the original ticket. They will then have to edit the form to complete it. Steps: - After the transition is closed, have an automation to attach the Jira Form - then send an…

Hi @Sven M_ Ideally you will need to be the admin on both jira and teams to make the integration go smoothly. However, if you are not the MS Team admin, you can request approval and they can approve it for you. It would be best if you work together in a call to have it configured 100%. Regards, Fabian

Hi @Kyle Turner If you want multiple channels you may want to consider helpdesk+ for MS application from appfire. Link: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1232243/helpdesk-for-microsoft-teams?hosting=cloud&tab=overview. Let them know that you know me and they may give you a discount. Regards, Fabian

1) Yes, you can link 2) Yes, you configure labels/tags and user permissions to display them in the portal or not 3) It's a single bill to the organization. If they are accessing the knowledge base from the JSM portal, it's free. However, if they need to access directly in confluence they will be charged.

Hi @Mar This is what you are looking for: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-send-jsm-form-pdfs-as-an-email-attachment-to-specific-users-using-automation-1167830111.html You need to use JSM Forms and Jira automation. Regards, Fabian

Hi @Ebenezer Appau We use the "Shoppie" plugin to have a webshop experience enhanced (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1231591/shoppie-assets-integrated-shop-for-jsm?tab=overview&hosting=cloud). Now, in order to use this you need assets which comes in the "Premium Tier". If you don't want to use the plugin, you can…

HI @Kelvin Teng I would suggest you have a custom field that is hidden in the view screen. Every time a new subt-task is created you would add the count via automation. Then copy the number and add it to the summary of the newly created subtask with: {{issue.customfield_xxx}} - {{issue.summary}} Regards, Fabian
-
Hi @Pieter Botha Welcome to the community! You will have to use an automation from a specific Jira Project. Once you decided on the project, create the following automation; Trigger: Scheduled and determine when you want to send a notification Action: Send email and add the corresponding recipients and content of the CAB…

Hola @ANA MARTOS TRENADO Bienvenida a la comunidad! Vas a tener que usar un JQL search y hacer un bulk edit. Busca primero a todas las incidencias the esten "in progress" y despues les cambias el estado a Ready for UAT. Saludos
-
@Timo Fitzner : I suggest you open up a ticket with Atlassian. The JSM option should be visible.
-
Hi @森山 慎也/fsi017 Welcome to the community! Out of the box JSM does not provide this functionality. You will have to integrate with a third party tool like Nexthink that can push the software update. JSM and Assets can track the PCs that are affected and create a ticket that tracks all affected PCs, then you can use…

Hi @Thomas A There could be multiple issues why this would not work. For example, can you confirm that the tasks and subtasks share the same workflow statuses and transitions as the main epic? If the transition/status is not available for a child or subtask, it will not move. Are there any validators in the workflows that…

Hi @Ken Obsequio Unfortunately, you will have to look at a 3rd party plugin to create a report like that you are looking for. My recommendations is EazyBI, but there are other reporting apps that may do something similar. Example of EazyBI: https://eazybi.com/accounts/1001/dashboards/8347-sla-overview Regards, Fabian

Hi @Timo Fitzner Welcome to the community. Can you confirm that both instances are in the same url? They would have to be in the same instance or it will not allow you to choose it as an option. Regards, Fabian

Hi @Qiancheng JIANG Unfortunately, there is no 1 button click to revert. You will have to go through the history and figure out which ones were mistakenly updated. Then do an JQL search with the keys (e.g key in (ABC-XXX, ABC-YYY) and do a bulk update to change to the correct request type to the right value. Regards, Fabian
