Hi @Sampath Kumar A Welcome to the community! These are a few: - The other benefit is that you can allow customers to edit their tickets which cannot be done with old way unless you were using a plugin. - No need to create annoying custom fields that would be used in only one form, thus you can create request types much…

Hi @Martin Petrusenko Welcome to the community! If you don't have Jira Software Premium to use the capacity planning for "Plans", I would recommend you look into plugins in the marketplace which will probably save you a lot of money.…

Hi @Steve van Niman Welcome to the community! Not out of the box. You will have to use a global automation that gets executed when a specific object in a schema is added. Regards, Fabian
-
@Josh Shelton Welcome to the community! Yes, you could use it as a template and customize it to your needs. Regards, Fabian
-
Hi @Ryan Bullock I don't think you can determine that from Data Manager. You will have to first create another Asset Schema that holds those objects, so that when you import the cleansed data from Data Manager, it links them properly (this is done manually). The problem right now is that the functionality to export data…

Hi @Dave Calabro A status to "resolve", does not automatically fill out the "resolution" field. Here are the best practices on the resolution field: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/best-practices-on-using-the-resolution-field-968660796.html I think they have to have a Request type assigned as well, so it has to be…
-
Hi @Dave Calabro In order fort the sat survey to be sent out, you need to ensure that the "Resolution" field is set in the ticket. People get confused, and think that because a ticket is in "resolved" status the survey should be sent, but it all depends on whether you set the resolution on that specific status. So check,…

In their documentation they mentioned that you need use windows task scheduler to run the job to import the new files/plugin info and then run the import to add it to the data manager. However, they do not have details on how to build this. Regards, Fabian
-
Hi @Timothy Brown Yes, I've been part of the EAP and you need to run the terminal every time you create a new job. That being said if you are the only person running, you can use your local computer, but if others are also uploading files/jobs, you may want to have a machine that multiple people can access. Regards, Fabian

Hi @Mikel Whipple I would suggest you migrate the to new operations experience and then you would be able to do what you are asking for through Jira Automation. Having Opsgenie Standalone you may be able to figure out some sort of API call from an automation, but you will have to research. Regards, Fabian

Hi @keti burjanadze What kind of statistics are you looking for? Regards, Fabian

@Zulfiqar Ali Shah Kazmi , if you close the epic, the stories will have the same status and are still linked.

Hi @Mar , Take a look at this video tutorial at 4:07: https://youtu.be/4pnUWAY-dMQ?si=OuKlep8-5EjLTogX&t=247 It show you you can access multiple values including SLAs fields. Regards, Fabian
-
I suggest you open a ticket with Atlassian directly since you are a premium tier customer. I'm thinking that they are expecting the end user/customer to update the field once they receive the invitation. There must be a reason why they just want the email as the only mandatory field.

Hola Dario, Here is your workaround: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-74046 You will be better of with other workflow plugins like JMWE. Saludos

Hi Patrick, Have you taken a look at this article? https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-import-new-customer-details-in-jsm-1369440447.html Regards, Fabian
-
Hi @Dario Alarcón Is this a validation that you want to put from the portal or when you are in your JSM project as an agent? Thanks, Fabian
-
Hi @Ashok Shembde This functionality is not possible today from the portal unfortunately. There are feature requests for this, check out JSDCLOUD-6989 and JSDCLOUD-6988 Make sure you vote for it. Fabian

Hi @Myles Boyd That's correct, you are in the right track. Details: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/limit-jira-service-management-project-visibility-to-customers-on-portal-779160886.html Regards, Fabian

Hi @Mohit Verma I recommend you give this a read: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/start-shifting-from-opsgenie-to-jira-service-management/ We've done the migration and depending on complexity of the integrations, the migration is straight forward. I suggest you document all existing…

Hi @Kris Dewachter It looks like created a new board with 3 different projects which is fine. You can probably create the sprints, but I don't think you would be able to move tickets from those projects to the sprints. See if you can edit any of the tickets to your sprint and you should not be able to.

Hi @Stephan Eichner Based on the pricing site: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/pricing the free version doesn't have alert management capabilities. Cheers, Fabian
-
Hi @Saul Eduardo Valdovinos González Welcome to the community! You can look into plugins in the marketplace and I recommend this one: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211611/configuration-manager-for-jira-cmj?hosting=cloud&tab=overview Cheers, Fabian
-
Hi @Stephan Eichner Welcome to the community! You need to setup a team with members and then enable the alert/operations features. Once you do that, you should be able to see the options. Also make sure that you have a JSM license assigned to you.…
-
Hi @Lewis Hillman Welcome to the community! It looks like there are no options to increase the size. I suggest you create a feature request here: https://jira.atlassian.com/projects/JSDCLOUD/summary Regards, Fabian
-
Hi @Brian Taylor Welcome to the community! I believe that with ROVO you may be able to configure something like this with the virtual custom agents: https://www.atlassian.com/software/rovo Note that this is a separate subscription on top of JSM and JSW.

Hi @Prerana Bhatt Koulmane Sathyanarayana Are they entering "YES" or "NO" from the portal screen when they are creating the ticket? If so, you can have a validator check with reg expression at creation: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-workflow-validators-for-company-managed-projects/ (You…
