Hi @Tyler Gibson We had similar issues with the existing insight reports and then we started using eazybi which has great integration with insight. Forms are a live saver. And it also allows you to copy the necessary fields to existing customfields if required.

Hi Unfortunately this is not possible. You need to look into 3rd party apps. My favourite one is rich filters where you can control which filters users can search from and it has dynamic searches available too. Regards

Hi @Shak Welch I don't think his is possible right now. The forms are only displayed based on the request type selection. One recommendation is to have different request types based on your main condition you mentioned above. The alternative is to post a feature request to atlassian. Cheers
