Hola @Rafael Cadenas Bienvenido a la comunidad! Si compartis más detalles te podemos ayudar. Qué es lo que estás haciendo? Saludos
-
Hi @Bryan Schmiedeler Unfortunately, this is not possible for subtasks to show in the backlog. Best option is to submit a feature request and see if there is enough interest. Regards
-
Hi @Sasmitha Chalamala Take a look at this video tutorial: https://youtu.be/RIKYX-z4meM Which shows how you can combine a transition screen with a validator. Regards
-
Hi @Flávio Dias Welcome to the community! Is the user an agent or a customer submitting requests? If it's an agent make sure that his personal notifications settings are not turned off and that the agent is in thr proper project role.
-
Hi @alex.webber Just double check that you are setting the propertiies in the transition and not the actual status. This is a common mistake that people make. regards
-
Hi @Jon Chandra Out of the box you cannot do that. Maybe there are some plugins that could help extract the information. But for us, the audit logs are good enough. Regards
-
Hi @Constance L We have a similar situation with contractors and the easiest is to just mark their end date in a calendar and have a reminder to deactivate the account. When the date comes you confirm that they are no longer needed and deactivate. You don't want to delete their account as they may be tagged to tickets.…

Hi @Delanee Ovalles Welcome to the community. I don't think this is possible. The only thing I could think of is adding html code with the img tags to get an image url. Regards
-
Hi @Mohajit Acharya You will need a workflow validator. Out of the box you will not be able to meet both requirements. You may want to use plugins such as jmwe or jsu to accomplish this. Also instead of the url in the comment, you may want to use a url custom field and ensure that is not empty. Regard
-
Hi @nycmixing Yes, that would be one of the many benefits. But of course it comes at a high cost. Regards
-
@Nick Han I suggest you contact software plant who is the vendor to take a look. If you are paying for the app, they should get back to you very fast. Regards
-
You are probably on a free version of automation. You will have to upgrade. You can do it via workflows too, look at jsu, jewelry, powerscripts or scripturunner plugins, but you will have to pay for them.
-
I suggest you open a ticket with Atlassian support if it happens with any browser and any file type. See if it happens for new tickets as well. Regards

Hi @Emad Sarhan Welcome to the community! What kind of attachments are you downloading?
-
Hi @Paige Niccoll What exactly did you change that created this problem? If you provide more details we can help. Regards
-
Hi @Angel Ferreira You can try using the text functions to get the characters after the "-". Link: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-text-fields/ I suggest you copy the key to a new variable and then try finding the location of "-" and then using a substring from the location +1 to the…

Hi @Jitesh Halai * First copy the existing workflow and rename it. Then make the changes to the workflow. * Then you will have to copy the workflow scheme and rename it. * Assign the new workflow to the new workflow scheme * Assign the new workflow scheme to the one of the projects I hope this helps
-
Hi @Michael Marriott Unfortunately you can't. The components live within the project so if you have components on the jsm project it will be different from your jira software project. The only way to make it work is if you list the same components on both projects. Then with automation if a customer selects a component you…
-
Hi @Gnanabaskar, As long as the scheme is associated to only one project you should be OK. Regards
-
Hi @Richard Kallas Welcome to the community! Unfortunately, Out of the box this is not supported. For this use case you will need a third plugin such as scriprunner or links hierarchy. There may be other plugins as well. Regards
-
Hi @Todd Iorio Please share the details of your rule so that we can help. The condition with the thresholds will help the most. Regards
-
Hi @A_Lakshmi Durga Unfortunately, this use case will not be possible. What you can do is if someone selects others have the text box show with a condition in forms under the select select. I hope this helps.
-
Hi @Kiran kumar Nasina Welcome to the community! You will be required to update the hierarchy explained here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/configure-custom-hierarchy-levels-in-advanced-roadmaps/ Regards
-
Hi @Kelly Hawke Out of the box I don't believe there are any gadgets that could do it. You will have to look into 3rd party apps. One option is to you use eazybi reporting. It gives the count and you can drill into the…
-
Hi @Matthieu Imbert Welcome to the community. Are both fields the same type? And which type are they? I.e single select, text, etc. Regards
-
Hi @Sushmitha Welcome to the community! This video tutorial explains in detail how to do it with automation: https://youtu.be/5Xs8cnDIFBo Regards

Hi @Shane Marsh Welcome to the community. I found this post that may help you: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/JQL-all-issues-transitioned-by-automation-rule/qaq-p/1576165 Regards
-
Hi @Sandeep Shelar As the error says, you need to contact a sys admin or space admin to give you acess to the page. I would also ensure that you have an active confluence user license. Regards
-
Hi @Tien Nguyen As far as I know this is not possible out of the box. Since mentions are only possible when the jira ticket is added to the confluence page itself. Your best option is to create a url customfield that contains the confluence page and then copy the value to the subtask via automation or workflow…
