Great post! The one memorable one was when we pretended a new boss joined the team via email and asked everyone to welcome him. Everyone was panicking thinking there was some "restructuring" happening soon.
-
Hi @Luis_Ortega Based on this post I don't believe it's possible. Link: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-Integrations/Display-WBS-Gantt-chart-in-Confluence/qaq-p/577993 Saludos

Hi @Crystal Rouse I don't think this is available yet. I recommend you create a feature request here: https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa For now you will have to ask them to send you the import file. Regards, Fabian

HI @shweta hosur You would just bring the the xray test plan to your sprint, just the same way you would add a story. I hope this makes sense.
-
In xray, I would create a test plan issue type and then add it to the sprint. Then you can add the test sets with test cases to you test plan. I hope this helps Regards
-
Hi @Andreas Eichert Use the log action to see whether the first variable is set properly. Instructions: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/debug-an-automation-rule/ Regards

Ho @Megan Nacey Instead of having the conditions separately, you need to check off the jql option and enter the jql. Status = "waiting for customer" and updated.... Regards
-
Hi @Darrian Castillo Welcome to the community. You would have to put a status or resolution condition on your jql. For example: resolution = unresolved Or Status !=done Regards
-
Hi @Lauren Bertsch In your scenario, logged in users will be the employees who have access to your cloud site, but may not have a license to jira nor confluence. So for example let's say you have 100 employees in your company and only 50 confluence licenses given away. As long as the 100 users have a jira account and you…

Hi @Ben America You can checkout the following apps: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/categories/time-tracking But to be honest, tempo would be my tool of choice if you have the budget. Regards
-
Yes, good point @Jimmy Seddon. I forgot to mention that I started with my driver's license which was not readable with the camera and I had to switch to my passport.

I'm in for both. I just completed a few certs this year.

Hi @Renan Rodrigues Souza Welcome to the community! Once the SLA is completed and then it returns to the old status the SLA will reset. Take a look at this student guide for more details: https://university.atlassian.com/student/path/812290-slas-in-jira-service-management The best option for you is to try it live. Regards

Hi @adewale_adesina Welcome to the community! You can use the jira filter macro to pick up the sprint ID and you can then display the columns you want: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/insert-the-jira-issues-macro/ Regards
-
In the backlog view, subtasks are not displayed by design. You can only see them in the active sprint. Regards
-
Ho @Slade Rose Can you provide us with more details on what you mean by view? Are you using a kanban or scrum board for example. Regards

Hi @Bernd Lockermann I think in jsm this may not work unfortunately. Confirm with app fire who is the vendor. Regards

You need automation. If you don't have it you will need other 3rd party plugins.

For me it's Goku growing up:
-
Hi @[deleted] Have you tried pasting the smart value formulas. Can you also share your rule details? Regards
-
Hi @Riho Fujiki Unfortunately out of the box this feature is not available. you need a third party plugin such as devinity custom fields. Regards
-
Hi @TTadashii-Ching Welcome to the community. You won't be able to set automation to move from the backlog to the actual board. What automation can do instead is transition the status of a ticket based on some criteria/conditions. Maybe you have a checkbox/label that says that it's fully refined and then automation can…
