Jack is correct. You should use the issue created. I thought you were checking after being updated. Regards

Hi @sharon.prajzner We use the weighted shortest job first metric for our initiatives. Link: https://www.google.com/amp/s/jexo.io/blog/backlog-prioritization-techniques-the-wsjf-method/amp/ We then have custom select fields where business owners enter the details before our triage and we use jira automation to calculate…

Hi @Melody Wong Welcome to the community! Issue updated doesn't work for changes in assignee: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-automation-triggers/ You will need to use the issue assigned trigger and then use a condition to check the actual user. Regards
-
Hi @Chinmoy Padhi Out of the box you will not able to pull it via jql. I would recommend reporting plugins such as eazybi that can could list users who have more than 5 open tickets assign to them. There could be other plugins can do this for you too. @eazyBI Support

Hi @Karl Rothenberg You will need to create a filter using the advanced jql. With the basic query search you cannot include "or" statements. It will be something like: "epic link" = "epic xyz name" or key = xyz-123". This will give you the epic and the links under epic xyz-123 This will go only one level down. If you want…

Hi @Thomas Björklund The Team concept was brought it recently and the usage with groups is not integrated. The issue with groups is that only system administrator can set it, which becomes a nightmare if you are a project/product owner and want to manage the team of your own. You will have to create a new feature request…

So you are using forms. On the form where the drop down exists you need to link it to the request type. You should find the options in the forms settings. Refer to this video: https://youtu.be/o8ND7zZyPJw Regards
-
Hi @Gail Can you share any screenshots of your portal and the request type portal view? For the portal fields you will need to select them from the request type forms in addition to adding them to the screens. Thanks for sharing! Wedding days are great events to relive. Meeting your friends & relatives and celebrating together is always fun.

Hi @Ali Welcome to the community! Yes it's possible with the insight import module. Details can be found here: https://youtu.be/n8t6kaZ9V8M You have to ensure that you set a unique key and set the proper configuration to update the objects instead of creating new ones. Cheers
-
Hi @Nicolas Casel I will let one of the members from the Atlassian team to comment.
-
Thanks for sharing @Mohammad Febri Ramadlan and you are using the out of the box export correct? .
-
Hi @Piyush A (STR) An alternative is using a third party app such as eazybi that allows you to create reports from insight and then add them as a macro in confluence. You will have to purchase both jira and confluence plugins. Link: https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/data-import/data-from-jira-apps/insight-asset-management…

Hi @Srinivasa Rao Grandhisila The Release to production for fix versions does nothing to the status of the tickets in the release. It just updates the release info so that you can identify which ones are in progress or deployed. The only functionality that helps is that if a ticket is not done, the system will prompt you…
-
Hi @Thulasi Ram K In the project permissions make sure you have access to manage sprints. Also make sure that if your board filter calls stories from multiple projects you also have the msnage sprint permissions in all of them. Regards
-
Hi @Jonas Olausson Welcome to community! You can have the sla stop counting when the ticket is assigned from unassigned. Link: https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicemanagementserver/setting-up-slas-939926373.html
-
Hi @Ole Kristian Aas We had a similar issue and we had to purchase the extension for service desk from devinity. It allows you to restrict who is allowed to see the portal. I guess you can lock it for everyone who is external. Good luck
-
Hi @Nicolas Casel The only upcoming release I found is this: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/confluence-development-releases-8163.html
-
Hi @Mohammad Febri Ramadlan Welcome to the community! Plesse provide some screenshots of your fields and the export. What type of custom fields are you using? Regards
-
No you can't. Jira us not smart enough to determine the team the person is on and assign a team.
-
Great video. Thanks for sharing.
-
Depends on the support level you have. Create a support ticket and they would let you know.
-
Hi @Chris Ruppel I don't think this is possible. But you can create a filter with a jql and schedule the notification to be sent to you at a certain time. Example: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracoreserver073/working-with-search-results-861257284.html?_ga=2.198997935.1292026812.1587003960-2063505617.1583941616 Look…

Hi @Vinod Mayur I would open a ticket with Atlassian support so that they will take a look at the logs. Check also the mail queue in the system settings. If you have too many queued notifications you may want to review you default notifications scheme and clean up some of the events that trigger the notifications. Regards
-
Hi @Ben Van Walbeek You can accomplish this with jira automation. * You will have to defined the trigger (status change, at creation, etc.) * Condition use a jql condition to check that the field is empty: team is empty * Action: edit the team customfield (this would have to be a group custom field) to the corresponding…

Hi @tdorst01 Welcome to the community. It depends on what your organization definition of an epic is. To be honest there is no set or recommended length of time for an epic. In jira terms, an epic is a collection of work items (stories, tasks, etc.). So if you have a lot of work items it would take longer. If 2-3 months…

Hi @Sudha Dubba Welcome to the community!
-
Hi @PRASOON SAXENA Welcome to the community! Out of the box this may not be possible. You may want to use certain plugins such as eazybi, structure or biggannt that let's you visualize the hierarchy and then the exports keep the hierarchy. Regards
-
Saludos

Hi Paul, You need to use the "edit fields" action and use smart values to copy the field. {{issue.description}} Regards
