Hi @jayce.js You are out of luck. I don't believe anyone will be able to help you. But for reference Take a look at this article: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/configure-the-autosave-interval-for-drafts/ Regards

Hi @Dror Ikar Welcome to the community! You would be better off using Jira which has all the agile modules built in. If you sign up for premium cloud, you will also have the advanced roadmap capabilities. Regards
-
Hi @Inessa Muradyan In order to acomplish this you will have to create additional transitions from all statuses to done and have no transition screen. Then you will need a condition on all these transitions to check that components has been filled. The "all" transition will be the one with the screen. Now the issue is that…

Hi @Mark Cassman This is a tricky one for the exams. It's alphabetical if all components have a component lead assigned. If you have component "a" which is set to unassigned and the component "b" with a component lead, it will assign it to the user in component b. Best way is to try it yourself or take the cert prep course…

Hi @Firas Abdallah This article may help: https://www.view26.com/blog/measuring-agile-maturity-with-cycle-time/ Regards
-
Hi @lara.salice The best way to prepare is to go through the cert prep that is 50 bucks. It includes the videos that cover all the content and the test exam. Most of the questions in the exam are similar to what you will get in the actual test. Cheers.
-
Hi @Julia Foden It's most likely because you use a different workflow for your trigger vs your subtasks. The transition ids will be different even though the statuses are the same on both workflows. As long as they move to the right status you should be OK. Regards
-
Looks like @Craig Nodwell took care of you. Cheers
-
Hi @tejraj_123 Yes it's possible via Jira Automation. Trigger - Field Changed for due date Action - Send email notification This video shows you how to create customized email notifications: https://youtu.be/ccWTIgdnQqE Regards, Fabian

Hi @Olanrewaju Fanimo Unfortunately you can't since you have to pick one value. However, the velocity chart captures story points, which sets the committed story points when the sprint starts and the the actual is set at sprint end. Another option is using third party plugins, and the one I use is eazybi reporting. Here is…

You will have to ask them directly.

Hi @Kate Seaman Your options are limited. If you have some budget give the caelor macrosuite plugin a chance. It works like elementor for web design. Link: https://caelor.com/ We started using it and it's amazing. Regards
-
Hi @Jason Strobush We used smart checklists which may meet your criteria. Link: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1216451/smart-checklist-for-jira-pro?tab=overview&hosting=cloud Regards

Have you tried this: https://confluence.atlassian.com/advancedroadmapsserver/configuring-custom-fields-935577874.html
-
Hi @Jared Holliday If you are referring to the jsm queues, I don't think this is possible yet. Regards

Check this link: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/add-a-custom-field-to-a-screen/

Hi @Sutapa Basu Welcome to the community! are you referring to a roadmap plan? Any screens hots that you can share to give more context of your issue? Regaeds
-
Hi @Alex Febroino Unfortunately you can't. The best option would be to export the results via csv/excel. Cheers
-
Hi @Waqar Mustafa Welcome to the community! The easiest way to accomplish this is via jira automation. When your the ticket is assigned, then you create the first sub-task. When the 1st sub ticket is completed, you would branch to the parent ticket and create the 2nd subtask.…
-
Hi @SSW I would try copying the content manually and then attaching the document for a quick fix. What's the exact error message you get? What kind if file is it? Regards
-
Hi @edan shaham vitos Welcome to the community! I believe that the roadmap feature only allows you to start at the epic level. You may want to consider advanced roadmaps instead, but you have to upgrade to a premium subscription. Regards
-
Hi @Waqar Mustafa You can use jira automation. Use a trigger such as Issue created and then use an action send email. You may need a dl to notify all agents. video: https://youtu.be/ccWTIgdnQqE Regards
-
Just to add to @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- You can create a quick filter with the jql status=done. Regards
-
Hi @Pat Schilling I believe this feature is available for jira work management projects only. Regards
-
Hi @Star I don't believe you can check whether it was updated from the portal. However, you can use a jql statement where you can use status changed by someone not in your servide desk group which in this case would be from the portal.…
-
Hi @Maxwell You can try a free cloud instance of jira at no cost and then install the xray test plug in. Link: https://www.atlassian.com/software/free Make sure you don't put your credit card info so that it won't charge you after 30 days for the plug in. For xray they have a bunch of tutorials on their website. For jira…

What do you need to do to win the record? Most catches or biggest fish?

@Andrew Kendrishanks for sharing. I'm assuming this was due to the covid restrictions. I think I felt the same when we were locked down at home.
