Yes it's possible, you will need global automation permissions. This is what I would propose, you may have to play with the details. Trigger: when field changes on the participant custom field Condition: check that is either project 2 or 3 Action: create variable and put the custom field above Branch: to the parent ticket…
-
Hi @Vinay Sharma Yes this is possible, but the tricky part will be able to figure out which ticket to update. Also, what is the trigger? You may have to branch to a linked issue and then copy from the custom field from the trigger issue. If you provide more details, the community can suggest some options. Cheers

Saludos

Hi @Ricardo Carbajal Looks like you may have selected a team-managed project. Details: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/what-are-jira-service-management-next-gen-projects/ Regards
-
Hi @Dannica Capistrano This tutorial shows you how you can link insight custom fields based on the parent selection: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8oRZhGGB-ns Regards
-
Hi @Becca Moss Welcome to the community! Yes, it's possible. This is in an example of how you would do it using forms: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o8ND7zZyPJw Regards

Hi @Chamod Maduranga I don't think you can on JQL. I believe the "*" shows only on the out of the box reports stating that some change has happened like change of story points. Is that where you got it from?
-
Hi @kumar jira You may have to use other plugins such as scriptrunner, powerscripts or JMWE which all have scripting capabilities. JMWE has some linked issues pre-built functions too. You can also try jira automation, but it will depend exactly on how you are triggering and what you are trying to link. Regards
-
Hi @Chamod Maduranga Is ABC-128* the key or a custom field? Regards
-
Hi @Eric Noguchi Welcome to the community! Most likely you need permissions to attach file: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/upload-a-file/ Talk to your space admin to grant you access.
-
Hi @Kyle Weston Which report/gadget are you referring to? Would you be able to share a screenshot? Regards
-
Hi @Jason Yeung Out of the box this is not possible. You would be better off using a 3rd party plugin that does not have this restriction. There are a bunch of them in the marketplace. Regards
-
I was a heavy powerscripts scripting user and I miss the live fields functionality on cloud. Examples: * ability to restrict/edit custom fields based on other custom field values and/roles/groups * Format content with javascripts to hide certain UI elements

Hi @Testing Welcome to the community! I don't think there are any free apps unfortunately. For eazybi, I would reach out to them directly and check if they have a way to capture what you want. Cheers
-
Hi @Ueli Jermann You can refer to this example here which is set to months, but you can modify the time dimension options to be by week: https://eazybi.com/accounts/1000/cubes/Issues/reports/499768-risk-chart-by-status-and-priority Regards
-
Hi @Craig Parsons Welcome to the community! Unfortunately this kind of report is not possible out of the box. You would be better off with a reporting plugin such as eazybi that can track the history of the last assignee at a specific status and report it in a table view. Feel free to contact them.
-
Hi @Fahad Akhtar It would be the first one. However, take into account that this only allows the customers to share when they are entered manually and searches users individually within the organization. This feature does not share to all customers in the same organization automatically.
-
Hi @Shashank Dharap Welcome to the community! Unfortunately, you may have to look in the marketplace for reporting plugins since what you are requesting is not possible. Give them a try and keep the one that works for you.

I recommend you read this documentation to get an overview of agile development: https://www.atlassian.com/agile/about Regards

Hi @Steve Enriquez Welcome to the community! Ideally you would like to close all stories that you committed, but if you can't finish them, you would put them back in the backlog or to an upcoming sprint. Story points are helpful for capacity planning for future sprints. If in average you complete 15 story points per…

Hi @John Antony A Take a look at this video tutorial that uses Jira automation. Instead of ticket due you will use expiration date and then you can adjust the jql as well. Link: https://youtu.be/ccWTIgdnQqE Good luck
-
Hi @Bea Tea Most likely the implemented by field is not the actual linked issues but some other custom field. To accomplish what you need, you will require a 3rd party reporting plugin that displays linked issues hierarchies. Regards
-
Hi @Michael Green That is correct. You can create a separate dashboard with result filter gadgets that picks up issues for the various projects. Regards
-
Maybe you can share your vision on what this graph will look like (e.g an image) and someone else can chime in for more recommendations.

Hi @Inna S You may want to look into some 3rd party plugins. I believe the structure plugin may be able to assist you if you are looking for a table relationship view. Link: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/34717/structure-flexible-jira-project-management?tab=overview&hosting=cloud

Here you go: https://university.atlassian.com/student/activity/840992-acp-620-managing-jira-cloud-projects-certification
-
Hi @Aleksandr Ganiyev Unfortunately this is not possible. What we do instead is mention to click on the details to get more information or you create a Jira notification via automation to provide all the details. The issue with the latter one is that you would lose the ability to approve via the email. Regards
-
Hi @Saurabh Patel Unfortunately out of the box this is not possible. You may want to look into the third partly plugins such as as structure for this one. It keeps the link relationship very clean for export. Regards
