Hi @Vivek Challa Welcome to the community! You will have to provide more details on your issue. What are the steps you are performing and do you have any screenshots that you can share? Regards

Hi @Hung Nguyen Welcome to the community! For cascading fields you need to use the advanced options. Please follow this thread: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-Integrations/How-can-I-copy-a-cascading-select-value-with-Automation-for-JIRA/qaq-p/585395 Regards

Hi @Marko Lošić Welcome to the community! Unfortunately, it is not possible to format the colors of the custom field names out of the box. You may be able to find some options in the marketplace. Regards
-
Hi @Lewandowski, Mikolaj Based on the error it looks like your epic may have stories from other projects and if that is the case you need to change the scope to multiple projects in the global automation settings.
-
You should see something similar to this video. Link: https://youtu.be/J8G2gBAZg2U From a jsm project template try to look for the workflow with the approvals.
-
Hi @Gonzalez_ Maria I don't think this is possible. Your best option is to have the confluence page link to the release page in Jira. Regards
-
Hi @Ryan Thomas Yes it's possible. No plugin needed. Use a combination of Jira automation to set the approvers based on your conditions and then update the workflows to set the custom field for the approvers for the different stages (statuses). Regards
-
Hi @Bea Tea Unfortunately, linked issues do not show issues in the epic. This is the expected behaviour. I suggest you use 3rd party plugins to view the actual links in the epic. Regards
-
Hi @Matt Bennett First set a dummy user in your instance like "n/a@gmail.com" Then try using a workflow post-function field update where you set the reporter to a n/a at creation. Not sure why you would need this, but this should work. Good luck

Hi @Milena Merten (DE) I would go with bigpicture based on the requirements since it looks more like a ppm solution that you need. Times values: * Both are able to aggregate ay the project level for estimates and actuals. Gantt chart: * both have dependency mapping and updates on dates when parent tasks moves. * Both can…

Excellent. Make sure you post the solution so that others can learn.

Absolutely. We build itsm solutions for multiple clients.

Hi @Jemima James On a created ticket you need to first go to more and click on link. Once you have an initial link, the links will show.

Hi @Melanie Whitelock Welcome to the community! Have you tried saving the query in jira and then applying the saved filter? Do you get the same error? Also what type of custom field did you add?
-
Hi @Kate Madden Welcome to the community! Have you worked with your sys admin to update the hierarchy? Look at step 3. Link:https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/configure-custom-hierarchy-levels-in-advanced-roadmaps/

Hi @Emily Bettencourt Welcome to the community! You can't use jql to get the form info as of today. What I recommend is to link those specific questions that you require info from and link them to a custom field. Then you can search them in jql. Regards
-
Hi @Juan Portero Can you define what you mean with time that has to be fulfilled? Are you saying that after the ticket moves to status x and certain time takes place you can then move? Regards
-
Hi @HariVLK Mynampati I don't believe this is possible. The only option I see of you use third party reporting plugins to capture this specific condition. Good luck
-
Hi @will_cummings Unfortunately you can't. However, you can look into the history and manually revert the changes one by one to ensure it matches the right information. Regards
-
Hi @Vimal Kumar To hide transitions based on statues, you need to update the workflow conditions: https://youtu.be/1ZKVN0VeaB4 Now you may have to get a plugin such as jmwe to check that linked stories are all completed in order to show. Regards
-
Hi @James McKenna Welcome to the community! Instead of most views, I suggest you use the voting feature. Once you do that use the following jql: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-search-for-highly-voted-issues-in-jira-429919103.html Regards
