Hi @PO Palash In the objects are you referencing the attributes to the other schemas? Make sure you reference them with the following instructions: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/allow-other-schemas-to-reference-objects-from-a-schema/ Regards
-
Hi @fbeck_br Out of the box you will not be able to complete this. However, you can use a combination of plugins to accomplish this. This example uses power scripts and eazybi. Link: https://youtu.be/Y2OBPTpL-ew Eazybi will calculate whether SLAs are met and then use powescritps to send an email with a certain conditions.…

Hi @Rhys McQueen Welcome to the community! I don't think this is possible today. I suggest you create a feature request for it here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/implementation-of-new-features-policy-201294576.html Regards

Hi @Logging Tickets and Taking Nicknames Welcome to the community! You can try this which is rolling out soon: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/share-content-externally-with-public-links/ Regards
-
Hi @Evan Giordanella With advanced roadmaps you cannot show linked issues in the plan. You will have to use a 3rd party plugin such as structure, links hierarchy or various ones in the marketplace. Regards
-
Hi @James Owers-Bardsley You can consider upgrading to premium which has what you need: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/view-analytics-to-see-how-content-is-performing/ But it may be expensive. Other options are third party plugins like viewtracker. Cheers
-
Hi @Sridhar Gandla With the free plan this may not be possible. You can use a plugin such as structure that displays the hierarchies as you out liner above. Feel free to browse through the marketplace.
-
Hi @Rob As long as you can query the org via jql you should be good. Regards
-
Hi @Dustin Alcock I recommend you open a ticket with support just in case, so that they can find the root cause through logs. Regards
-
Hi @Reyna Battaglia Welcome to the community! I recommend you contact eazybi directly and they may be able to help. Regards

Check who is on browse permissions. Without browse permissions you cannot create. Also make sure they have a Jira license.

Hi @Piyush In order to create an issue you need at least a project and added to a project as a user to browse and create issues. Link: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/manage-project-roles/ Regards
-
Hi @Nelleke I don't think this is possible since rich filters is a 3rd party app. You will have to ask them. The only option you have is to click on the tickets to open them. Regards
-
Hi @Isbeth Almontes I believe the tickets needs to be created from the portal for the satisfaction to work and they need a resolution status. Can you confirm if you are following the above?
-
* If you are a site admin go to project settings bottom left gear icon of your project and go to permissions. * Then check which roles are for create issue. * Then add yourself to that role

Hi @TAF Welcome to the community! Check whether you have permissions to create a ticket in your project. You may have forgotten to add yourself in the roles section. Regards

Hi Marcus, I recommend you combine a transition screen with a workflow validator. This is a quick tutorial: https://youtu.be/RIKYX-z4meM Regards

Hi @Paisley Greer You need to edit the assignee field with a smart value. In this case it will be the {{issue.developer.accountId}} Some examples here: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-users/ I hope this helps
-
Hi @Victor Gilliéron, Welcome to the community! The easiest thing to do is to add an account for them in your instance. It will consume a license and you can remove them once they are done. Then you can manage the space permissions to give them the correct access. Regards
-
Hi @TLBrewer You can try to set the form as an attachment at creation. Then using a post function at creation, you can attach the attachment via a scripting plugin such as jmwe, powerscripts or scriptrunner via email. This is an expensive option. If you don't have budget you are better off using the linked fields. Regards
-
Hi @Meena Kumari Balija Welcome to the community! Can you share a visual of what you are trying to achieve? Thanks

Hi @Matt Cliffer I believe you will need to use a user picker field in order to make it work. Details: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/add-an-approval-to-a-workflow/ Regards

Hi @Sophia Skinner Welcome to the community! We used the following app for your same use case in my previous company: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211800/glossary?tab=overview&hosting=cloud I'm the marketplace you may find other options too based on you environment. Regards
-
Hi @Ben Weisman Is the value the actual summary of the ticket? If you have other values in front of it, quick search does not do a good job picking it up. I would suggest you use the jql search with a wildcard "*". Regards
-
Hi @Celina Kim You will need to change your field configuration settings for the field and set it a a wiki renderer. Instructions here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Change-render-on-custom-field/qaq-p/1774805 Regards

I doubt it. This is one of the most frequent asked question in the forums for years and nothing has happened.
-
Hi @Yaso Bala Out of the box you will not be able to do this. I suggest you look into 3rd party reporting plugins such as eazybi, time in status, and others. If you go to their sites, you will find exactly what you are looking for.
