Hi @Brüse_ Bernhard For notifications you can also use Jira Automation with html formatting to send customized emails to enhance the communications: - Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ccWTIgdnQqE For insight, what we do when they select a service (Insight Customfield) from the portal, we copy the value of the owner…

Lamentablemente no se puede configurar. Vas a tener que generar un feature request con siguiendo estos puntos: https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/implementation-of-new-features-policy-201294576.html

Hi @Becca Latimer Welcome to the community! I recommend you open a ticket with Atlassian directly in the support queue. Since you are in the standard plan, you should get a response fairly quickly. They may be able to look into your environment to determine what the root cause is. Good Luck.

Hi @Nikhil Unfortunately, you may have to use a third party plugin such as scriptrunner or JQL search extensions which give you the ability to have complex filters. Note that some features may not work in cloud so you will have to trial them. In my previous company we used the…

I have ACP-120 scheduled for October and will schedule ACP-100 by Q4. Thanks for sharing @Jaime Netzer

Hi @Leandro Azevedo Based on the requirements here you should be ok: https://helpdesk.psionline.com/hc/en-gb/articles/4409608794260-PSI-Bridge-Platform-System-Requirements Regards

Hi @Giorgos Antonopoulos Welcome to the community! The first rule won't work because you are using Epic Parent branching which only works with Epics and issues that are linked via the Epic links. So if you have sub-tasks under your epic, it will not trigger work since sub-tasks have a parent child relationships. Is your…
-
Hi @Luyang Zhang Unfortunately, this is not possible. A ticket only has one parent. The best option would be to create a separate epic for each goal. The other option is to use links, but they would only display as links and not under the parent when you expand the parent, but you can see the relationships with the lines.…

Hola @Kevin Morataya Bienvenido a la comunidad! ¿Puedes por favor compartir un screenshot del panel a que te refieres? Saludos
-
Hi @Taryn Tomasik Welcome to the community! Unfortunately you can't. One option is to have a dummy project where you can apply the new screens to an existing schema and then create/edit/view a ticket on the dummy project.
-
Hi @Julienne Mae Anito This is possible, but it may raise security issues within your organization. As long as your it team is ok, this should not cause any issues. Regards

Great article! thanks for sharing.

Np. The one you see at jwm, is the roadmap view within the project most likely.
-
Hi @[deleted] The images you are showing are from advanced which is part of the jira software premium package. With jwm, you won't be able to see the cross project collaboration. Advanced roadmaps: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/guides/roadmaps/advanced-roadmaps

Hi @Ciprian Buciumean Welcome to the community! If you are using a jira ticket to represent projects you can consider using a dashboard with a the results filters gadget and add a jql to show upcoming projects based on start date. Other options, would be to use 3rd party plugins auch as big picture, structure, or WBS…
-
Hi @alterpub Welcome to the community! I recommend you contact the plugin vendor directly and they will provide you with better support. Regards
-
Hi @Vishal You will need to add this in the workflow for the create transition. Take a look at 3:26 on this video: https://youtu.be/RIKYX-z4meM In your case you may need a scripting plugin such as jsu, jmwe or scriprunner that can compare that the reporter and approver are not the same user. Regards
-
Hi @Sofia Grunspan Out of the box, this is not possible. You will have to look into plugins in the marketplace. I've seen plugins where you can put default content, but I not the feature to not delete certain info. I would also suggest you create separate custom fields if you are using the fields above instead. Regards
-
Hi @Kirk Gould I don't work for Atlassian so feel free to put the request yourself and see if people would vote for it: https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/implementation-of-new-features-policy-201294576.html Regards

Yes to only 1 and 5. I have a Breville espresso barista machine that I use everyday.
-
Hi @Anthony Wilson As long as you are not having any functionality problems you should be ok. The only issue is the period of the trials, since you started then at different times you will lose access accordingly.
-
Great article!
-
Hi @Steve Josue I don't think this is possible in the advanced roadmap module. However, you could use jira automation to send out notifications when children rickets are not sized. Regards
-
Hi @Sofia Grunspan Ok your scenario you will have to create two statuses for each approval and have separate group custom fields set in your ticket so that you can differentiate the groups. Good luck. Regards
-
Hi @SHEILY Yes, you are correct. Regards
-
Hi @SHEILY Instead of deleting the account you can just disable the user and it will not have any impact in any of the pages. Regards
-
Hi @Vinolin G I don't think this is possible. I don't think there are smart values or actions that would allow you to pick which team a user is a member of. You can look into 3rd party scripting apps that may pick up this info.

Hi @Esther A Welcome to the community! Check your board filters and ensure you are not hiding the completed issues: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver/configuring-filters-938845268.html#Configuringfilters-(Kanbanonly)Hidingcompletedissues Regards
