I believe it may not be supported. I had the same issue with the "Multiple User Groups" fields and it's not supported. I suggest you contact Adaptivist about the "components" field. Cloud has a lot of limitations. Regards, Fabian

Hi @Dinesh Loyapalli Welcome to the community! What are you using today to hide/show fields? Usually this functionality requires a plugin. Regards, Fabian

In your scenario above, it should be ok. Since Initiatives are the top in the hierarchy. You just have to ensure that you communicate this to your company just in case they want to use initiatives at other levels. But your boards should not be affected. Worst case scenario, you just revert the change .
-
Hi @Kevin Cocco For your boards there will be no impact. Now you have to be careful with the fields you had populated for parent/child tickets. If you have a Feature as a parent of an Epic, and now you change the hierarchy things may break. For Epics and other issue types if you were using Epic Link you should be ok, but…

Hi @Edgardo Ibarra Unfortunately you can't out of the box. I would consider the market place apps. There are a few out there like https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1225712/smart-assignments-and-rotations-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview (you may be able to take someone off the rotation so that they do not get…

Hi @Muhamed Yousof Check this video tutorial that shows you how to do this automation step by step: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DcPYrw-Puus Good Luck.

Hi @Thierry Bouvet It looks like the gadget doesn't support it. I recommend you open a ticket with Atlassian as a bug or feature request. If you have budget, I would recommend Rich Filters for Jira which allows you to select the new "Team" Field. Regards, Fabian
-
Hi @Thierry Bouvet Which gadget are you using? For the filters results it shows.

You may have to change the language settings in your browser or change the profile for a test account. I think there is a language setting.
-
Correct multiple projects would be the last resort. But if you have too many customers it would be a nightmare to manage.
-
Hi @Vera Valshonok To review or update custom language translations: * From your service project, go to Project settings > Language support. * Select the language of your choice from the list. * Review or update the translations for that language. * Select Save. Saludos, Fabian
-
Hi @Shahar Katzir Welcome to the community! Unfortunately you can't have a specific portal for different customers in the cloud. You can only have a portal per project out of the box. I suggest you open a feature request. You may be able to look into third party plugins such as Refined for Jira or theme extensions which…

I would suggest you contact eazyBI support directly. They are fast at responding.

Hola @Derly Niviayo Revisa este link en donde vas a tener que incluer el tiempo original vs el tiempo registratdo: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/log-time-on-an-issue/ Saludos
-
Hi @Gal Fatal What does the audit log say? did you check? I would also check if the custom field has a context that may not display for the child issue. Regards, Fabian
-
Hi @Chris Mayhew You may want to check this post here first for some guidance: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/product-guide/getting-started/change-management#best-practices-and-tips

Hi @Heather Ronnebeck Out of the box this may not be possible with automation. However, I have worked closely worked with the eazyBI reporting plugin and this could be an option for…
-
Hi @Jeferson Carlos dos Santos Unfortunately, in the cloud version this is not possible. (DC has this though: https://confluence.atlassian.com/automation070/smart-assign-jira-issues-load-balancing-round-robin-and-more-1014664568.html) For one of our clients we used this plugin which works great to manage rotations and when…
-

Hi @Daniel Grabner Welcome to the community! You can consider using jira Forms which comes out of the box (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/using-conditional-logic-with-forms-1167693620.html) There are other plugins that will help you with this like extensions for…

Hi @Júlia Lemes Rodrigues Pimentel Welcome to the community. Check in the audit log if you are getting any error messages. Go to the specific rule and check the log for errors. Most likely it's not meeting a condition so it's not executed. Regards, Fabian
-
Hi @Ben Weisman Usually once the following events happen in a ticket and the customer notifications are enabled, they should get an email where they can reply back to it. Now the question is what you mean by an "update". Not all updates (i.e. custom field change vs transition) in a ticket by the agent will send a customer…
-
Hi @Bhagya Roy Instead of archiving you may want to filter the tickets in the done column following this solution: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Hide-Completed-Done-tickets-in-Backlog-on-a-SCRUM-board/qaq-p/917463 Cheers

Hi @Tim Dean Welcome to the community! Instead of deleting an asset as a trigger, I recommend you use the status fields in the object that the asset has been removed/obsolete/inactive. This way you will keep the history of the jsm tickets and relations to objects. So users in object set the new status to "inactive" and…

Thanks for sharing @Emily _ DevSamurai We will try the app and see how we can help our clients.

Thanks for sharing. With the introduction of the new teams custom field this will become very useful for assigning tickets to specific teams.

Hi @Walter I think the formula is ok. I wouldn't worry if there is just 1 hour difference. Tagging @eazyBI Support Saludos
