Hi @Couraillon Theo I think you have to use a groovy script for this and then you can add the today's date function to update the attribute. Link: https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicemanagementserver0421/configuring-insight-automation-rules-1115654234.html Fabian

Hi @Taylor Chappell You may want to contact Deviniti directly. They are very good at providing support. Regards, Fabian

Hi @[deleted] Welcome to the community! Have you tried using the roles restrictions? Link: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/restrict-customers-from-adding-comments-using-workflow-properties-1387597404.html Regards, Fabian

Hi @AbdulBasid Solanki Welcome to the community! Yes, you can create from template projects and then modify them to fit your needs. You can have multiple jam projects. I hope this helps. Regards, Fabian

Hi @[deleted] I suggest you look at the dashboard example here. https://eazybi.com/accounts/1001/dashboards/8347-sla-overview Instead of having the components you may want to have the assignees dimension. Regards, Fabian

Hi @Leon Kunst See if this solves your issue: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/How-to-change-the-From-address-when-replying-to-customer/qaq-p/2325650 Regards, Fabian

Hi @Daniel Eiternick Here is the article that you need that explains on what you need to do: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management-articles/JSM-Linking-Insight-Custom-Fields/ba-p/2054341 Regards, Fabian

You are welcome @Tyler Krzanowski Glad to hear that you found it interesting.

Hi @Calvin Have you tried the "form submitted" trigger instead? No need to have a checkbox. Link: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-automation-triggers/ You can select the specific form and once it's submitted you transition the ticket. You can see it in action here in the demo…

Hi @Mahesh Yadav If the manager is replying to the original request that does not contain the the key of the ticket generated by JSM, it will create a new ticket by default. The only option is to delete tickets manually. My only recommendations is to get away from emails. Fabian

Hi @Stephen Ila Welcome to the community! An example of the widget configuration can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qmxgL5xb_bk (5 min video tutorial) Regards, Fabian

Hi @[deleted] Welcome to the community! You can create a sub-service object that links to the main service. Look at this example in this tutorial:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8oRZhGGB-ns Or the other options would be to have them names with the prefix M365-word, MS65 Outlook, etc. Regards, Fabian
-
I haven't used any of them, but here is a list: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=out+of+the+office&hosting=cloud Best thing is to download the trial and give them a try.
-
Hi @Ruchi Out of the box you can't. You may want to consider plugins from the marketplace. Regards, Fabian
-
Hi @Christopher Carvalho You can use this video tutorial to help you with the SLA breached triggers: https://youtu.be/xxd0BxkZl5c?si=Ba1lPDGosEhpECe- Instead of sending an email you can send a slack notification: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/automation-template-library/send-slack Regards, Fabian

Hi @Arigela Vara prasad Welcome to the community! I would recommend refined for jira as it allows you to create a portal and mix request types from multiple service desks. Or you can customize and nest the portal through links. Regards, Fabian
-
Hi @David Quiram Based on the documentation, I don't think the trigger exists. I suggest you create a feature request. The only issue with this trigger would be that if you are bad at automation and have lots of failures, you will be using the limited automation executions which is not good. Cheers, Fabian

@Martina Bagnasco Welcome to the world of Atlassian. You most likely have to start from scratch. But at least you have the workflows and custom fields I hope that you can re-use those at least. Regards, Fabian

Does the discovery project have an idea issue type in the project's issue type schema? It's also possible that the idea is locked to the JPD projects only, so you may have to use a different issue type.

Ok I C. Other option is to use a drop down with the asset names. Then use automation to pick up the correct asset based on the name and put it into the ticket. I'm assuming you you need the asset information to provide more info. If you don't, just use a drop down to make your life easier.

Hi @Flavien Gache I don't think you can, it will always use text if you don't specify ahead of time. I always recommend to design and build the schemas and object attributes types before you import. If you don't do this, you will spend more time cleaning up the whole DBs. Regards, Fabian
-
Hi @Dirk Ronsmans How about adding another attribute "Order" which is a integer and you can then sort by ascending/descending order. Similar to your first option, is only 10 items, so it should not be an issue. Fabian
-
Hi @Mahdi CHIHAB 1) Yes, you could. that means you have to create a new JSM project for each customer. This would be a nightmare for you to manage as customers grow. Not recommended. 2) You would have to have an SLA. Many clients have tiers set for each customer, so based on the tier the SLA will change. It's easier than…

Hi @PiusLog Welcome to the community! I would suggest you use an automation that looks at the tenable severity and then you can update the priority field accordingly. Most likely they do not follow the same values so you will have to figure out what the best match is. Priority in jira is usually a combination of severity…

Hi @Mickael Maujean Make sure that the rule is created globally and ensure that the the automation applies to multiple projects. Refer to this: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/Automation-across-two-projects/qaq-p/2195469 Regards, Fabian
