Hi @Theo Tzanis Create a new sla that starts counting once the ticket goes into closed status. Then you use jira automation to create a new ticket when the slave is breached and link them together. You can use this video tutorial as a reference: https://youtu.be/xxd0BxkZl5c Instead of sending an email, you would create a…

Hi @Alan Sturlin I would just move the tickets using the bulk edit functionality and move the tickets. It only allows you to do 1000 at a time, so you will have to repeat it 10 times. Two things to keep in mind: 1. You will be asked to map statuses. If the js statuses don't exist in jsm, you will have to figure out which…

Hi @Patricia Campos This article provides some insight which would apply to jsm project too. Link: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/what-are-team-managed-and-company-managed-projects/ If you want full control without the need of a sys admin, you would choose team managed jsm projects. Regards

Hi @Bhalchandra Wagle I had requests like this before and it's a nightmare to be updating summaries of issues. Automation for jira will not work, you will need something like scriptrunner or powerscripts. At the end, I resolved this issue with hierarchical reporting tools such as structure or eazybi. The main concern was…

Out of the box is not possible. You will have to look into thr marketplace and hopefully there is a plugin that does it for you. Regards
-
Hi @Ben Weisman The board will be ok. However, i would ensure that you put another board admin to ensure they can edit the configurations. Cheers

Hi @Mary from Planyway I would love to have a demo. How can we contact you to schedule one? Regards
-
Hi @Arnaud Marquis Out of the box you will not be able to accomplish this. I recommend you look into the marketplace for other options. I've seen some plugins that do this. Regards
-
Hi @kanaka prasad ponnuru Unfortunately you can't as far as I know. However, in the sprint report you can find out which stories were added after the sprint started. Internally we use eazybi to find out. Example: https://eazybi.com/accounts/1000/cubes/Issues/reports/243468-sprint-issue-balance You can drill into the bar…
-
Hi @Shaul Gazit You need to use {{triggerIssue.key}} to get the key. Or {{triggerIssue.summary}} to get its summary. Cheers
-
Hi @Kyle Weston Looks like you are using the old automation module which us limited in functionality. You need to download jira automation as a plugin in the server environment. Link: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215460/automation-for-jira-data-center-and-server?tab=overview&hosting=datacenter Cheers
-
Hi @Rowell We face the same issue with other text fields. I believe there is nothing you can do. You may want to open a feature requests on this one so that atlassian takes a look at it. Regards
-
Hi @Husam Abedaker Welcome to the community! This is a weird behavior. I would open a ticket with atlassian support. Regards
-
Hi @Rowell Unfortunately a lot of the fields such as assignee, slas, major incident etc, cannot be shared to the customers out of the box. We had to use an external plugin such as extension for service desk by deviniti to display these fields. I'm not sure about the major incident info, but you could ask them. Cheers

Hi @Linda Chang With jql advanced searches you can have or statements.link: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver/advanced-searching-939938733.html I hope this helps

Hi @Lizzy Li Here is a quick tutorial: https://youtu.be/DcPYrw-Puus Use the second rule as an example to copy fields from the parent to the subtasks. For the epic child relationship you may have to use a separate related condition.
-
Hi @[deleted] I'm working on a video tutorial on how to do this. I will share it here when it's done. Regards
-
The only other option you have is that if a customer triggers the transition via automation you set a custom field that it was transitioned by a customer. Like a select field with yes or no. There is a condition in jira automation that checks this. Then you have a queue that says customfield x = yes. Regards
-
Hi @Emmanuel F-D The best way to do this is by creating an sla and combining it with jira automation. Take a look at this detailed video: https://youtu.be/xxd0BxkZl5c Regards
-
Hi @Bruno Mesquita dos Santos Based on the icons you have they look like subtasks. I suspect the issues they keep moving because your parent ticket does not have all the related subtasks completed. When you complete a sprint and not all the subtasks are completed, the parent ticket is considered not done so the parent and…
-
Hi @John Tucci Take a look at this tutorial. It shows how you can use jira automation to create tickets from jsm to a js project. Link: https://youtu.be/5Xs8cnDIFBo Now to keep issues in sync you will have to use also jira automation and trigger status changes between the projects using the related issues…

Hi @Randy O'Neal Check the backlog of feature requests here and if you can't find it, I suggest you create a new one: https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/implementation-of-new-features-policy-201294576.html Regards
-
Hi @Emmanuel F-D Unfortunately out of the box you don't have many options. You can try different reporting plugins such as time in status, eazybi, custom reports for jira, etc from the marketplace. Regards
-
Hi @Ashley Leger You can use jira automation which is free in your plan. Trigger: issue created Condition: if else conditions for the severity values Action: edit issue to set the corresponding priority Regards
-
Muy raro si sos administrator del proyecto deberia funccionar. Abri un ticket con atlassian para que vean el problema.
-
Hi @Anne Pan Take a look at this post it has some options for you: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/setting-up-public-access-156.html Regards

Thanks @Joanna Thurmann It will be good as well to officially mention the alphabetical aspect when multiple components with component leads are selected, which I got wrong on the test exam and it was provided as one of the reasons.

Hi @Hizkeel Khan You can use jura automation to accomplish this. Here us a quick video tutorial: https://youtu.be/DcPYrw-Puus Regards
