Hi @Gavin , Try this to print the name: {{assignee.displayName}} Regards
-
Hi @Keiran , You need to branch out to issue A a after is linked. More details here: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/what-is-rule-branching/ I would also use another link relationship as "relates to" is the same name for both inward and outward.
-
Hi @VINCENT DUPONT it is possible. Check out this support article: https://confluence.atlassian.com/advancedroadmapscloud/managing-dependencies-998651262.html

Thank you!!!

Yes, for epics and stories via epic links they will be displayed correctly. It's not a loophole, this is how is supposed to work.
-
Hi @Gargi Panchal Yes that's correct. You can cancel anytime before the trial expires. Link: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Where-is-the-link-to-upgrade-from-standard-trial-to-premium/qaq-p/1954464 Cheers

Hi @Ben Weisman You need to branch out to the subtasks and transition them. Here is an example: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Automation-questions/How-to-automate-closing-the-sub-tasks-when-a-parent-task-is/qaq-p/1966769 Regards, Fabian

Hi @Jon Bowes Yes, it's possible. In the global administration rule create a rule with a schedule trigger and use a JQL to pick up the tickets you want to update. Then run it manually. We had a client where they had to update change the values of resolutions for existing closed tickets and this ran smoothly. Regards, Fabian
-
Hi @Kerli Loopman I would check if there is a context on the "issue type". Set it to global or add the "change" issue type to the context. Regards, Fabian
-
Hi @Esmeralda DeArmas It depends on what you mean by linked issues. Are you using parent/child relationships which they should show if the hierarchy has been set properly. Now if you are using linked issues with relationships you are out of luck. You will be better off with plugins such as structure, biggantt instead.…

Hila @Master Accounts El problema con roadmap es que solo te deja crear tickets con el summary y la descripcion. Si tenes otros campos obligatorios no te va a dejar. La unica opcion es que no los hagas obligatorios los otros campos. Saludos
-
Hi @Raphael Lamas You won't be able to hide them since the system needs to create a ticket. You may want to instead use Jira Service Management to create a form or use other plugins that support portal functionality. Example of JSM, this is how we enter initiatives: https://youtu.be/ExiGg5n0vao Regards

Here is the post to the video tutorial: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management-articles/How-to-set-automatic-approvers-in-JSM-from-an-Insight-Object/ba-p/2031792#M1694

Hi @John Bacon Check if you have any filters that are not displaying the stories. Also look into the issues source and exclusion rules. Regards
-
Hi @jeroen_wilmes Advanced Roadmaps works with Jira Software company-managed projects only. You can find more details at Roadmaps in Jira Software Regards

Hi @Mark Cassman The acp-420 is messy since you have to go over the pdf and have random videos. But as @Jimmy Seddon mentioned they are working on it. The exam questions are very good for practice.

Hi @Lien.Holvoet Welcome to the community! You may have to use a new customfield that captures the budget details and use jira automation to calculate remaining budget and send notifications. Example with story. points: https://youtu.be/PROcxEOMyGM

I think he is looking to add some additional information so that you know which subtask you are creating. The only way to see the content is by opening the action which could be annoying when you have tons of actions.
-
Hi @Bashir Jahed I recommend you open a feature request for this one: https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/implementation-of-new-features-policy-201294576.html I think it will be very helpful. Cheers
-
Hi @William McMahon Welcome to the community! You can use jira automation with smart values Here is an example: https://youtu.be/S2ary5YG-7w Instead of calculating dates you can just perform the different calculations with the customfields. Regards
-
Hi @Vinay Sharma The way we do it in our organization is using jsm and insight management with help of automation. But you will need a premium jsm license. * First you create an insight scheme with the applications objects that include the name and approvers * Then you create an insight custom field that holds the…

I found this thread that could help: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-Integrations/Automation-to-change-the-Account-Field-when-the-epic-link-is/qaq-p/1393653 Regards

Hi @erica_dahl Here are the instructions for server: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/remove-the-none-option-from-a-select-list-custom-field-in-jira-server-144212308.html#:~:text=To%20remove%20the%20field%2C%20edit,%2Fedit%2Fedit%2Dselect. Regards

Hi @Gargi Panchal Can you please attach your sscreenshot? Regards
-
Hola @Belen Garrido Todavia no hay soluciones
-
1. No configuration in jira would do that 2. Change the renderer to text only. I don't believe you can hide it for the wiki renderer. 3.if you want to make it read only in the view screen, you need separate screen for create, edit and view screens and assign them to your screen scheme. You would remove the custom field in…
-
Hi @Amrita You can add a validator at creation for the bug/story workflow. You will need to use the fields required validator. Regards
-
In my experience, they were purchased separately.
-
Hi @Stanley Gregory Welcome to the community! If you assign a confluence license to the users they should be automatically added. The other option is to go to the jira groups, search for confluence group and add the user as a member. Cheers

Hi @Katherinne Huancayo Ramos There is a cert prep that I recommend. It has some videos, but a lot of the materials are all over the place with links. The only reason I recommend it is for the sample exam as a lot of questions were similar to the actual test. Regards
