After submission is the severity custom field populated? You have to ensure that you link your form field to the custom field severity level. Also check the automation audit log for more details on what happened. Regards
-
Hi @KC Wong I recommend you update the field configuration and include a link to your definitions/instructions. Link: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/change-a-field-configuration/ You may have to create a field configuration scheme if you just want to apply it to a single project.

Hi @Ben Unfortunately, this is not possible. You will have to create it from scratch. Regards

Hi @Gerald Butler Welcome to the community! Ideally you would move the status of your epic in status. Now, I'm assuming you have a Kanban board for epics. In that case I will ensure that it's outside of your backlog based on the status. But discuss with your team to get agreement. Regards

Hi @Jay Chu You can try the portfolio jql as described here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiraportfoliocloud/searching-for-portfolio-for-jira-custom-fields-in-jql-941619014.html And then use the and statement to include the sprint. The issue is that younhave to specify all issues separately. The other option is to look…

Hi @Trent Buness I don't think this is possible yet. You may want to create a feature request. This would also be nice for when people are out off the officr/vacation Regards
-
Hi @ty.nickel I recommend you contact atlassian support and have them look iinuiur environment. Regards

Hi @Heather Ronnebeck We had the same issure and had to use another plugin. You can try jmwe event based actions. You can customize a validator that checks that fields are not empty based on separate conditions. Try the plugin and contact their support team. They are very good at getting back. Regards
-
Hi @Stacy Allotta Welcome to the community! out of the box this is not possible. I believe a plugin such as custom table filters allows you to do this. Link: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/27447/table-filter-and-charts-for-confluence?tab=overview&hosting=cloud Regards

If you are using "forms" you can copy and paste the content and it will keep the configuration if you paste it in the other project. I suggest you open a ticket with atlassian support, it could be a bug. Regards

Hi @Dave Hattig If you are a project administrator on the cloud project, I believe you can use the issue layout configuration for a specific issue type and place it above the description field. Link: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/configure-field-layout-in-the-issue-view/ Regards
-
Hi @Richard Morgan Out of the box this capability is not available. You may want to check the marketplace for this feature. The one thing you can do, is set a postfunction or automation rule that based on some selections the fields get populated, but this works after the ticket is submitted. Regards
-
Hi @StingyJack I would just save it as and modify the filter in your dashboard. Then open a ticket with atlassian if you are using the same account as this error should not happen. Better to have your dashboard working than waiting for a solution. Regards
-
The other option that would be free is to have jira automation where you look for field changes in the story points and if it's not on a transition change, you put the old value. This is not ideal, but would do the trick. Or you can use other scripting plugins that can put back the old value.
-
Awesome you found your answes cheers. But to clarify, the reason I said to have different screens is that essentially you can leave the edit screen blank so that nobody can edit anything from the view screen. But you can wait for atlassian to fix your issue or use my suggestion.
-
Hi @[deleted] By removing the edit functionality you basically don't allow to edits to any of the users who are not in permission. Even transition screens. What you need to do is to have the edit screen without the epic link and allow people the edit permissions. This means that in the story screen scheme you will need a…

Hi @Pratul Hamne Welcome to the community! Out of the box you don't many options. I would recommend you look into the test management plugins such as xray, zephyr, aio tests, quality, etc. Regards
