Hola @Jose Gregorio Mandique Chacin , Me parece que está funcionalidad no existe. Te recomiendo crear un feature request en atlassian. Pero la pregunta es por qué quieres remover los?

Hi @Marion Horre Welcome to the community. My understanding is that there is no global setting to disable it for only specific projects. You can try removing the xray issue types such as test, test cases, etc from your issue types schema. However, you have to ensure that the schema is not shared with any of the other…

Hi @Sharon Curtis Out of the box this is not possible. For server you will have to use plugins such as Dynamic forms, scriptrunner, or powerscripts for Jira. The last two require some scripting. Regards
-
Hi @kate reeder I recommend you use a 3rd party plugin that allows you to filter tickets easily without having to use a crazy amount of Jira filters. The one I recommend for your use case is rich filters which is easy to use, but there are a bunch of other options in the marketplace. Regards

I suggest you use a reporting tool such as EazyBI that has great integration with Insight. You can then email the reports to people or share the link. https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/data-import/data-from-jira-apps/insight-asset-management

Hi @Frederic Chartrand That's correct. Here is a feature request change: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-11414 I suggest you vote.

Hi @Hiti Verma You may want to use jira automation to create tickets from jsm and link them to a backlog. You can use this tutorial as an example and create JS tickets when certain conditions apply: https://youtu.be/5Xs8cnDIFBo You can then use another automation to keep the tickets in sync based on statuses between the…

Hi @Petr Sýkora Unfortunately this is not possible from insight. Regards
-
Hi @Joe Harmon Unfortunately, I don't think this is possible. Just like you said, the ideal way to implement this is to have a transition that calls itself and name it "Change date". Then you have the transition screen with the date field and the comments. You can use a validator on the transition to ensure that they are…

Hi @Gaspar Santos Support for team based projects is coming based on this post: What is Advanced Roadmaps? | Jira Software Cloud | Atlassian Support Regards

Hi @Siju Varghese What is a phase in in your implementation? Is it another ticket? If so, one option I suggest is to use the eazybi reporting that gives you the ability to mimic this table. An example: Epic Progress Report - Questions & Answers - eazyBI Community There are other options in the marketplace that you could…

Hi @George Bliss I would recommend using additional custom fields to gather the other details. Then you can specify specific questions instead of having them all in the description field. If you still want to use the description with filled in info you can add a context for description field and populating default data.…

Hi @Exatel I believe that as long as the users have jira and confluence access they should be ok. You will have to import the ad info to insight first. Regards
-
Hi @dbaumann Welcome to the community! We use rich filters a lot but for sprint velocity is not the best option. I suggest you consider other plugins from the marketplace. Regards
-
Hola @NinjaFol Podes compartir una imagen de lo que estás refiriendo? Las opciones de los campos si se pueden cambiar si sos un sys admin. Saludos
-
Hi @Sreenadh For comments in the transition screen you just need to put an empty screen. By default comments are always there. Example: https://youtu.be/RIKYX-z4meM Cheers
-
Hi @Bn I would verify whether the boards are calling tickets from different projects. If so, ensure that the user has permissions for manage sprint in all of…

Hi @Akhand Pratap Singh You may want to consider the dashboard hub plugin that allows you to report on multiple Jira instances. This is one of the plugins that is growing fast in the marketplace: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1223898/dashboard-hub-for-jira-reports-charts?tab=overview&hosting=cloud Good luck!

Hi @Adrian Ferreira You need to be a project admin and the instructions are here: https://moduscreate.com/blog/jira-components/
-
Hi Joe, Now with the forms functionality you may be able to accomplish this. Regards
-
Hi BigD, Out of the box you will not be able to measure this. However, with plugins such as eazybi this is possible: https://community.eazybi.com/t/average-velocity-for-multiple-projects/4199 Regards
-
Hi @Saqib Dar Which stickers are you referring too? Can you share a screenshot? Thanks

Hola @Elizabeth Pereira Te paso las instrucciones: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/archiving-a-project-938847621.html Saludos

Hi @VIctoria_reed2 Welcome to the community! You can run a query to search for items that are not in a sprint. Example: project = X and Sprint is empty This will give you the issues in your backlog (You may need to also specify a board). Then you can export to excel. Cheers

Hi @Matthew Steadman Welcome to the community! Unfortunately, you will not be able to copy 100% the same settings, but you can do the following: The closest you can come up with is setting a Jira Project with the issue types, screens, workflows schemas and leaving it empty. The when you create a new project, you can copy…
-
Hi @Edgar Pusklevic Unfortunately, out of the box you can't do it. Script runner/power scripts/dynamic forms are plugins that you can use. For script…

Hi @Anthony Schiappa Welcome to the community. You can look into the premier support package from Atlassian here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/premier-support-offering-details-593035672.html They provide guidance and support for upgrades if you don't have the experience. If you don't get it the will tell you to…

Hi @Dana.Harel We use eazybi reporting and have rest API calls to report on the audit information. Here are the instructions: https://community.eazybi.com/t/useful-reports-for-jira-administrators-from-the-jira-audit-log/8511 Regards

Hi @Adebayo Banjo You need to use issue security levels for this. Here is the documentation on how you can set it up: Configuring issue-level security | Administering Jira applications Data Center and Server 9.3 | Atlassian Documentation If you want to send customized notifications you can use jira automation based on…
