Hi @Lexi Sprague I would suggest you use Jira Service Management for the public facing ideas. Then you can triage from JSM and if you believe it's a good candidate, you can use Jira Automation to create a ticket in the JPD or JS project so that it goes into their backlog. Regards, Fabian

Hi @Adelson Smania Welcome to the community! Unfortunately, out of the box this is not possible. You will have to look into 3rd party plugins such as Structure which can sumup and displays the stories on various levels. Here is an…

Hi @madhuri.murali This is a frequent request by many users, but unfortunately this is not possible without any other plugins. The best you can do is to populate the fields after the via automation when the information is submitted. For example, based on the customer email, you can have the customer information in the…

Hi @Frederic Chartrand In addition to the labels you can assign permissions/restrictions to the pages. For example, if you have an Security Incident page that only security agents need to see, you can restrict the page to the security group. Other agents who are not part of the group will not be able to view/search the…

Hi @Kevin Christmann You can try using Jira Automation and add 1 to it everytime the transition is executed: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-math-expressions/ Regards, Fabian

Hi @Ryan Evans Welcome to the community. For requirements I would use Jira Software out of the box and then use one of the third party plugins (xray, zephyr, quality, AIO Tests) depending on your complexity. With the test management apps it's easier to track test plans/runs/executions. Requirements then can be linked to…

If it's not active you will…

if you are a sys admin you will need to go to the third party application's configurations and see if there are options to hide it. I Your issue may be a browser issue? Can you share a screenshot to see what your nav bar looks like?
-
Hi @Maahshid Vaziri I agree with you. Once you have a lot of plugins the navigation bar looks very messy. Some vendors allow you to hide them, but there is not much you can do if they don't have the hide/show feature. Cheers

Hi @Eunice Seifert Unfortunately Releases/FIX Versions only stay within the JS project. One option is to copy the the release/fix version field to a text custom field in the JSM project through an automation. Regards, Fabian

Hi @David Andersson We had the same issue with one of our clients. What we did is that we get the email requests to the "emailed request" request type. Then when the ticket gets created, we ask the Agents to triage the issue and accordingly re-classify them as "Incident" or "Service Requests". This would work when the # of…

Hi @hynek_p You will have to check with the vendors, but most Apps will have the data encrypted and they can only see the transactions/communications between the app and your Jira instance. Check their credentials and whether they are legit marketplace vendors as well. Regards, Fabian

Hi @Maya Assayag Issues can only be assigned to a single sprint. Is there a reason why you would like to add them to multiple sprints? Thanks, Fabian
-
Hi @Guido Ridolfi I believe that this may not be supported on the WBS Gantt-App and JWM. I recommend you contact them directly to confirm. We had a similar issues with Advanced Roadmaps, where the parent-child relationships in the roadmap did not translate correctly in the WBS Gantt app. Regards, Fabian

Hi @Mickaël ORSOLINO I would check in your workflow status you have set the approval for 1 or more before it transitions. Most likely it's set for only 1, so when one person approves, the ticket transitions to the next status. So the second person, won't be asked to approve. Regards, Fabian

Hi @Ismail Sanni I suggest you check the eazybi community for detailed examples. This one may help you: https://community.eazybi.com/t/how-to-display-number-of-issues-in-historical-statuses-over-time/31 You basically scroll through the specific date and drill through/into the issues. Hola @Developer Lo más probable es que los usuarios no tienen acceso al proyecto. Hablar con el proyect admin or sys admin para que les den "browse issues" access. Saludos

Hi @Jay Keck Please share your code. The folks from appfire may be able to answer. Regards

Hi @jaison dsouza I don't think jira automation will do it for you. You can script it with third party plugins such as scriptrunner or powerscripts. What I would do instead is create a dashboard where you can see the issue counts vs assignees. I use a third party plugin eazybi which easily helps me filter who has no…
