Hi @Alina Popa I don't know the answer to that, sorry.
-
Hi @Matt S I'm curious as to why you wouldn't add them as users straight away?
-
So is nico in your list of customers for the project?
-
Hi @Nicolas PINTAGRO Welcome to the Community! I believe that the request participant would also need to be a 'customer' of the project - can you add jennifer as a customer and see if that solves the issue? Thanks, Liam
-
Hi @Srdjan Sasa Ivosevic Glad I was able to help Best wishes Liam
-
Hi @Tessa Varnava Welcome to the Community! If you go to your portal, and click requests at the top, on the page that opens up, click customize on the right You can add priority to the list. Users cannot filter on it, but they can 'sort by' by simply clicking on priority: Hope that helps! Liam

Hi @Susie Dratwa Welcome to the Community! Is it a work phone? Are you trying to log into your company account? If so, probably best to raise it with your internal IT team
-
Hi @Srdjan Sasa Ivosevic If there are specific email addresses used on every ticket in the project, then you could use automation to automatically add them as a request participant. You could also ask that people logging tickets copy in the other email addresses (although this can cause issues if people reply to an email…

Hi @Dominik Unfortunately it is currently only possible to display the following: There is an open feature request that you can watch and comment on though, if enough people request it then Atlassian may add the functionality. Hope that helps, Liam

Hi @Srdjan Sasa Ivosevic Welcome to the Community! It should work that way, but it is notoriously difficult to do every time. Jira uses not just the ticket ID, but also the reporter. If the email reply comes from a different email address then it will show as a new ticket, unless that email address is a request…

The only way that would work would be if you defined each of the options, e.g. Label1 and Label2 OR Label1 and Label3 OR Label1 and Label4, etc. Obviously that would be quite long-winded as there are a lot of variations on that. What do you want the automation to do if the labels are there? We could possibly explore other…

Hi As you've tried everything else, I've just tagged Atlassian in this - so hopefully they will respond quite quickly for you.
-
What happens when you try to resend from your Atlassian instance?
-
Hi @Andrea Fucci Unfortunately that would be the only solution. What would could do is use a drop down box so the SD doesn't need to type, and make it a required field so they don't miss it. Feel free to accept my answer if I've answered your question. Thanks
-
Hi @Andrea Fucci That information is not recorded on the ticket, that is only recorded on each user's profile. If you wanted to add that information to a ticket then you would need to create custom fields that the user filled in each time
-
Hi @khalid If you want the option to choose which project the issue is moved to, then I think you will need to do this manually using the 'move issue' function
-
Hi @Andrea Fucci If you click on 'columns' to the right, you can edit the columns that you see in the list:

Hi @Rowan McLachlan Does your company use Atlassian Access? If so, there may be additional reporting in there, but I'm not sure as I don't use it. If not, then Alex's suggestion above would be your best option. Thanks, Liam
-
Hi @Andrea Fucci What do you mean when you say 'incident table'? Thanks, Liam
-
Hi @khalid Would you want to trigger a move automatically or do this manually?
-
Sorry, you said that you send the one that was blocked - did you release it from your spam filter so that it is in his inbox, or did the email from Atlassian not hit the spam filter?
-
Hi @Marcel Gunst Welcome to the Community! This would be difficult to achieve if you have a lot of potential labels, but the below is the basic rule you would need Hope that helps, Liam
-
Hi @Brijesh Pathak Did you release the original email to him? If that is in his inbox, can he try clicking on the link in there?
-
Hi @RPT Admin I cannot see that there would be a third way of doing this - I think you're going to have to use a blank page on the legacy and copy and paste it.
-
Hi @Emily Berg Unfortunately it does not look like this is possible. Sorry I couldn't help further Liam
-
Hi @Raoul Kaiser Yes, this can be done - you just need to set the space permissions and page restrictions to cover who you want to be able edit the space. Hope that helps, Liam
-
I love to read - I often find I don't do enough of it, but when I get the chance to just sit and get lost in a book I love it
-
Hi @Ashvina Nathan I've tagged this question so hopefully someone at Atlassian sees this. Their billing team is based in Amsterdam do they should start work in around 9 hours
-
Hi @wang yanjie You would need to reach out to your site admins to get them to add you as an admin to the relevant space Hope that helps, Liam
-
Hi @Brock Dubbels Welcome to the Community! Would you be able to share some screenshots so I know what you're looking at please? Thanks, Liam
