Hi Christian - I've escalated this post so someone from Atlassian should be able to take a look and reach out to you. Thanks Liam

I can't see any options for that natively in Jira. There are potential add-ons available from the marketplace (such as JXL) which could help but you'd then be paying extra for it. I don't have any direct experience with any add-on for this so couldn't give an opinion on the add-on itself. If you're happy with my answer,…

Hi @[deleted] Once you've saved a filter, you can go into it and click 'Columns', then choose 'Filter' at the top This will save it for just the filter then. Hope that helps Liam
-
No, it wouldn't... depending on how many you have it would be a very manual task to populate the field for current issues
-
@Ben Weisman - if it's JSM then you wouldn't be able to use cloud to cloud migration - you'd need to use one of the other options to either go via data centre or recreate the project and migrate just the issues. Unfortunately each has their drawbacks. Depending on the option you choose, the article has links to documents,…

Everyone is welcome @David Onoh - great to have you here
-
@Thomas Coleman - this feature isn't available out of the box with Jira. One option would be to create a custom field, have automation populate this field if the issue type changes, then run a filter for if that field is populated
-
@Ben Weisman - Is it just JSM projects you want to migrate? Which option from the article were you thinking of using?
-
Hi @Kevin K Have you tried a different browser and an incognito window? Might be a cache issue?
-
Hi @Ben Weisman This article should have everything you need. Hope that helps, Liam
-
Hi @Ben If you take a look here you can see the differences between the plan options. If there is a specific feature that isn't listed there then let us know and we will see if we can find the answer
-
Hi @Ben There is no way to hide it - but it will only appear on the Portal if you have access to it. If a user or customer doesn't have access to your test project then they won't see it in the Portal. You could test this by giving a personal email access to just your test project then log in with it and see what you can…

Hi @adiraharony Welcome to the Community! I don't have any direct experience with this add-on, but have you tried reaching out to the Vendor for support? They're usually really helpful and get back to you quickly - you can find their contact details here Hope that helps
-
Hi @Prasad Bharadwaj Like Nic said, you cannot export natively into Word or Excel. Depending on how complex your workflow is, you could redraw it in Visio if you have access, or if it fits on one page, take a screenshot and import it into something like Paint to recolour it. Hope that helps

Welcome to the Community, Group and to Jira @Faith ! Take a look around and feel free to ask questions - we're a very friendly group and always happy to lend a hand if we can
-
Hi @tom.sheffield Welcome to the Group, and welcome to Jira. As @Mike Rathwell said, the best way to approach it is to be user led - find out what they need and sort it. My only caveat to that is that the users should understand what Jira does and how it does it so you don't end up going round the houses to solve a problem…
-
Hi Chris Welcome to the Community! Jira used to be available as a 'server' version, but this was discontinued last year and is now only cloud or 'data centre'. If you work alone though, you could use the cloud version for free
-
Hi John I can't think of any automation that would allow you to change just the domain of the user - I think the only way would be as you have done to map each user individually, which could create quite an admin overhead
-
Hi Nat To clarify, are your customers and agents both using email, instead of Jira to manage tickets?
-
Hi Tom Welcome to the Community! I'm a little confused with your request - you're trying to set up Jira so that your monitoring system sends an email and that creates a ticket, but you don't want to have to manually check all tickets? I'd imagine you could do it with automation, so that if specific criteria are met it…

I love the introductory blog idea!

Welcome to the group @Vishwas
-
Hi @Nancy Arnold I think the overall due date for an issue should be the 'end' date, but if you're splitting it into smaller tasks that could have an individual due date
-
Welcome to the group @Vero Rivas , great to have you here
-
Welcome to the group @Coby Fuller Feel free to reach out with any queries. My previous company made the move to JSM as we already had Software - they really do integrate well.
-
Hi @Jason Lane I've done a little digging, and this link will take you to Jira's documentation on working with search results. If you scroll down it talks about subscribing. The permission you need to have to be able to specify a group of recipients is Manage group filter subscriptions This link will take you to the…

@Monique vdB well you truly do learn something new every day! Congratulations!!

Just wow. @Monique vdB is clearly a hidden poet!

Never done a madlib before... It was the end of the year and the Fluffy Service Desk Team had Hurriedly gathered for a year-end retrospective. Outside the weather was Snowy, but the mood was Jovial as the Service Desk Team reflected on their Blue year. They had faced plenty of Pointy challenges as a Remote team, but the…

I love this idea! I love Christmas too!!
