The field on the agent screen is called 'Request Participants'. If you add this field you will see that it matches the 'shared with' on the portal. And yes, all the request participants will get an update when a reply to customer is added

That's very impressive! My dad played bass in a Motown band when I was growing up, so music has always been a massive part of my life - just not playing anything!

You need to type a name where it says 'Choose or create an organization'. Then you'll get the option to add the org - once you've done that, it will show below the 'Choose...' box, and you'll be able to click Add. Hope that helps, Liam
