Hi @chandru sippy If you're asking about this in JSM then there is an option to order the comments by oldest first - this will mean your first comment is at the top.

Hi You'd need to amend your workflow so that when a ticket goes to an 'open' state the resolution is cleared. What you'll then need to do is bulk transition them all to closed, then back to your 'awaiting feedback' status

Welcome to the Community @Steve Burke

Hi Mark What happens when you do an advanced search for the following: project = "project name" AND status = "Addressing Feedback" AND resolution is not EMPTY Obviously you'll need to put the correct project in. Could you screenshot the result for me please? Thanks, Liam

Hi @Oshu Chau Welcome to the Community!

Hmmm... not what I thought then. Can you give us the JQL for the backlog / active sprint and we can see if there is anything in there that looks obvious
-
Hi @Sanketh CT Welcome to the Community!
-
Hi @Mark Dixon It's usually next to the Status - and will show a green tick and generally the word 'done'
-
Hi @Mark Dixon Welcome to the Community! Can you see if the stores still have a 'resolution' even though they've been moved back from done. This is usually the problem as Jira thinks it is resolved. Thanks, Liam

@Jimmy Seddon I love the cycling gif!! Not surprisingly, I also love this topic! In the UK food trucks come in three types: * Ice cream * Artisan foods * Greasy burger / hot dog I've listed them in order of preference... I really enjoy ice cream, and that truck usually plays a little tune as it goes by so its much harder…

Hi Nitesh There isn't any way to change the key or number during the import - you'd need to create the project with the key you want first. You can use an add on such as Project Configurator for Jira to move the project with configuration but it is not possible out of the box from Jira. The add on is a paid-for add on and…

Hi @Jaymala Pawar As this is a Team Managed template you would need to create the new issue type for this project, clicking on 'Create issue type' on your screenshot will do this. Thanks, Liam
-
Hi @Rowena Bansal If you want to share the actual content of the page, you'd need to export it. This article will show you how to do that. Thanks, Liam
-
Hi Nitesh If you're importing to a new project in a new cloud site then you could give the new project the same key and the numbers would then follow e.g. if the current project is ABC-1, ABC-2, ABC-3, etc then the new project would retain this. If the current project does not have issues starting at 1 (because issues have…

Hi @shikha Goswami If you want the field to appear on your create issue screen then you will need to add the field to that screen. This article will talk you through that. I do not think there is a way to import a cascaded list from Excel, you need to add them manually. Thanks, Liam
-
Hi @Nitesh Utmani The key is generated automatically - You cannot change the number. Thanks, Liam
-
Hi @shikha Goswami To edit a field that already exists, use this article. Thanks, Liam
-
Hi @Abhishek Singh Unfortunately that isn't possible within Jira Service Management. You could look into using Jira Software if you need this functionality. Thanks, Liam
-
Can you get a screenshot of that screen please?
-
@JIRA Account Glad it's working - if Dirk's answer helped, don't forget to 'accept' it. Thanks, Liam
-
Hi @Rowena Bansal Welcome to the Community! If you click the 'Share' button at the top of the Confluence page you want to send, you can input the email addresses for the recipients, add a message if you want to, then hit 'Send' and they'll get it! Hope that helps, Liam
-
Hi If you go into your Project, then into Issue Types you should be able to assign the issue type from there
-
Hi Postman isn't something I have knowledge of - so hopefully there will be someone else on the community who can help
-
Hi @Jaymala Pawar I don't think you can assign a whole project to one issue type. You can remove issue types so they're not available if that would help? Could you provide a screenshot of what you're looking at please so we can provide further help if needed. Thanks, Liam
-
Hi @shikha Goswami This article should help you. If you need anything further, just let us know what issue you're running into. Thanks, Liam
-
Hi @JIRA Account Welcome to the Community! Where are you experiencing the error? Thanks, Liam

Hi @Maria Perez Gonzalez Welcome to the Community!

I do love a Cornetto too!

I love music... and love so many different varieties. I love that a song, or piece of music, can just transport you to another place and time. I think my favourite instruments would be the violin and piano - i just find both so soothing.
