@Monique vdB that is most definitely a sandwich! And looks delicious. Your friend should never be allowed in a kitchen again!! Although I think he'd have got on well with me when I was at Uni!🤣🤣
-
Congrats to all the well deserved winners!!
-
@Nic Brough -Adaptavist- I'm sure they're described as a sandwich cream biscuit so I think they're lunch! Go for an orange or strawberry cream biscuit and it's also one of your 5 a day
-
@Dave LIAO I've just been attaching a screenshot of my badge and pressing decline on every request! 🤣
-
I really feel as though I've started something here that I shouldn't have! Personally, if it isn't sliced bread with savory filling then it isn't a sandwich
-
They sound delicious!
-
@Dave LIAO I must admit, it makes me uncomfortable too... I've just googled poutine, and whilst I'm not on board with cheese curds, it does remind me of Denver or Belgian fries, which I am a big fan of! @John Funk You're definitely a structure purist then!
-
I don't feel like I'm anywhere near grown up enough for any of these words @Dave LIAO !
-
@Jimmy Seddon I'm not entirely sure what a drumstick is... but I know I want one! @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- it all depends on your definition of sandwich - it is something my colleague is very passionate about this and often points me to the below chart:
-
I really don't like lavender - although the smell does remind me of my nan. Basil on the other hand sounds very refreshing!
-
That is one of my favourite myths - although I must admit I thought it was true. I think your grandma was obviously very astute! Many people, particularly around here, would agree with the assessment
-
I can't say every day is like this at all - but it is nice to see it occasionally!
-
Hi @Allison Welcome to the Community - glad to have you here!
-
Hi @Marinelle.vanDongen - Welcome to the Community! I can see you've lost your 'I'm New Here' lozenge, so you're obviously finding your feet! The Community is a very friendly and welcoming place, so if you have any queries just drop a question and someone will be able to assist
-
@Monique vdB Bingo!! I loved this - and your Demo was very interesting too!
-
Hi It isn't something I can check, but you could reach out to Atlassian's support directly as they can see your instance of Jira. On the Community we can only give advice that solves most issues. support.atlassian.com should take you to where you need. Thanks, Liam
-
Hi If the notification helper thinks you should get them, could you try adding a different account as a watcher to see if they get the notifications? It sounds like it could be a gmail problem. Thanks, Liam
-
Hi @Salins Christian - Welcome to the Community! Have you tried the Notification Helper? That should help you work out whether or not the notifications are working. Let us know how you get on. Regards, Liam
-
You're very welcome!
-
@Gabriely Gavanski Do you need to show 'assignee' on the customer portal? If so, it's now possible to do that straight out of the box. Just go to your portal, click on 'requests', then 'customize' and choose 'Assignee' from the list. Hope that helps, Liam
-
Thanks for the tips!
-
My first ever digital conference ... really looking forward to it! @John Funk we certainly need snacks, Atlassian branded or not!!!!
-
No problem! If the answer helped, feel free to accept it
-
Hi James Unfortunately, JSM does not handle tables very well - the options in this case would be to alter your table so that it fits, or to use different fields and a ticket type via the portal.
-
Hi @James Chi Welcome to the Community! Can you share a screenshot of the issue you're experiencing please? Thanks, Liam
-
Can you look at the JQL for the queue (under edit queue) to see what the filter is? It may be that it is set to be more narrow than the title suggests
-
I've been on annual leave... 2 weeks of no work was amazing! Coming back to these changes, it looks great - very streamlined and clear now. @Monique vdB well done for all your work on this.
-
Congrats to all the winners. Its really great to read the success stories on the Community!
-
I'm really sorry to read this, it is a great blow to the Community @Jack Brickey Thank you for everything you have done for the Community, and thank you personally for all the help and support you have given. You're someone I admire very much - and I will miss clicking on a question to find you've already answered it, and…

Welcome to the team everyone - great to have you here!
