Hi, @Roberto Miranda - welcome to the Community! Can you provide a little more info, since we can't see the column headers in your screenshot? * Are the date fields you're displaying native Jira dates (Created, Updated, Due Date, Start Date, etc.) or are they custom dates? * Are these Jira Service Management tickets…

Hi, @Ruben Ribeiro - welcome to the Community! Deep cloning is not a native Jira function, so if you're running into issues with the functionality of a plugin, you'll need to contact the vendor for support. I'm guessing it's this one; if so, you'll want to create a support ticket on their service desk.

Hi, @Dariel Abreu welcome to the Community! An organization in the Atlassian world is a way to manage users across all of your Atlassian products, as well as manage billing. It gives companies that have multiple instances of Jira, Confluence, etc. a way to manage licensing for all instances in a single place. The…

Hi, @Pablo Torres - welcome to the Community! Guests in Confluence are still in beta, so this may change, but as of now you get 5 free guest users for every licensed Confluence user you have. So if you currently pay for 15 licensed Confluence users, you can invite up to 75 guest users. Guests do not count towards your…

Hi, @Maya Kirkby - welcome to the Community! There are a few ways to get your ticket info emailed to users, although I'm not aware of a way to include a progress bar. The first way is with a filter subscription. You can create a saved filter that's shared with the users who need to receive emails that contains your issue…

When you use the "WAS" operator in JQL, that's going to show you any ticket that was ever in that status. If you're looking for any ticket that had its status changed to Fixed within a date range, you can do something like this, as shown in @Petter Gonçalves update on this post * Using Dynamic date & time. In the example…

@Ben Jackson Any estimate on when sprint data will be available? It's our most requested info, and according to your comment on this post, it should have been available last June. I know roadmaps change, but it would really help to have an estimate; otherwise we'll need to explore third-party options for getting the data.

Hi, Mark - that Edited mark was, as mentioned, because the user making the changes had collapsed all the tickets. The actual grouping change had been saved. And that brings me to the solution we found. Apparently even just expanding or collapsing a heading while scrolling through a large view is enough to trigger the…

Hi, Rajiv - submit a support ticket to Atlassian at https://support.atlassian.com/contact. They should be able to tell you who the admin of your instance is.

Hey, @Darryl Lee - I wasn't aware that the validator could be used in the execution of the rule. I've always thought it was just there for testing - i.e. you give it a specific ticket number and it does a dummy run on the rule and gives you the return values of whatever your webhook is so you can see what the return…

@Naresh Gantala I'm sorry, I've never seen that error. Offhand, is the user who is listed as the Actor (in the Rule Details section) a licensed Confluence user? Do they have access to create pages in the specific space you're trying to create your page in?
-
@DevRimantas yes, JQL can be resource hogs if you're doing intense processing or returning a ton of data, but I wouldn't think something simple like this would really cause much of a problem unless it's being run many times per second.
-
I'll email you a screen recording, @Lennon Liao .

What is the error message if you expand the response section?

Welcome to the Community, @tpedriel ! I agree with Joseph; it's not natively possible (if you have access to the beta Analytics product it might be possible at some point, but as of now sprint data isn't part of the data lake.) You can pretty easily create a view like that in eazyBI if you own it, but even easier is sumUp.…

I know this thread is old, but I just saw this article and had to share, @Elizabeth Barr . Not sure what to think of it, but I kind of feel like Michael Ball should find something new and original instead of having this entire show reconfigured so he can play George and still sing Love Changes Everything... Also, "Ball and…

@Tim Finch unfortunately there's no easy way to do this natively. I asked the same question a while back and got several responses, including a recommendation for a plugin that you might find helpful. I know not everyone has a budget for plugins, but if you only need to run this audit once, you could install the trial, do…

I don't have anything helpful to say about 1 and 3, but 2 is incorrect. You can connect multiple tickets to a single pull request by including all ticket numbers at the start of your commit message: git commit -am "JIRA-123 JIRA-234 JIRA-345 link multiple tickets" (It's been a while since I've done this as I'm no longer a…
-
@Sakina off the top of my head, without seeing your full configuration, all I can say is that the post request looks wrong. It should look like this: Your webhook that you entered in your action setup should be pointing to https://<your_site>.atlassian.net/wiki/rest/api/content, not to a specific page, as yours appears to…

@E Hanumanthu I'm sorry; I don't have access to data center products, so I don't know.

Having lived through tornadoes, I second-guessed myself on the green clouds one. 3/6.

You might be able to do something with a workflow postfunction or validator on Create, especially if you have a plugin like ScriptRunner, but I don't think there would be any kind of pretty UI for it.

It's available on Hulu, and it's almost Friday... just sayin' 😅 (I started my third rewatch last night, thanks!)

Oh, it's amazing, @Andy Gladstone If you're at all musically inclined, you'll end up with a headful of earworms, but they're all enjoyable. And the episodes are so short that you can watch an entire season in a weekend.

I'm a theatre kid from way back. At one time I thought I would make it to Broadway; got my degree in theatre (double major in performance and scene design) and everything. It turns out that although I loved the work, I didn't love the lifestyle. But I still love me some musicals. Like @Elizabeth Barr ,my list of dislikes…

You may be the only other person I know besides me and my college roommate who has even heard of Scarlet Pimpernel. When I Look at You was one of my repertory pieces sophomore year 😊. And Rebecca Luker was one of my idols - another one of my rep pieces was Come to my Garden from The Secret Garden. I saw a video she made a…

>Jason & His Technicoloured Dreamcoat 😅 I'm picturing a mashup of Joseph and Medea. Jason tells his wife he's dumping her for the king's daughter, and instead of killing their children, she sews him up in a huge patchwork coat and sells him into slavery in Egypt.

@Ruud Ravensbergen apologies for the delay; I just got around to this today. I haven't figured out how to pull the description in yet, and think that one may be more difficult because of the possibility of formatting text. The manipulating content examples on developer.atlassian.com may be helpful. But as to how to put the…

Thanks, @Brian Selewski Unfortunately the direct query solution is only possible on server/data center. We're on cloud. I can certainly go that manual route, although I'd prefer not to. My main concern with that, though, is user-owned filters and dashboards. Now that the ability exists for a user to add editors to their…

Thanks, @Chris Thomas I'll take a look. We don't have the budget for more plugins right now, but maybe I can get what I need while it's still in the free trial period.
