Oh, Culver's is good too! We only recently got one near me, but they're like Steak 'n Shake only way better. I love their chicken strips; the honey mustard sauce is so good.

Portillo's! They do well-done fries when asked. So crispy… 🍟

* Yes! * Anything to do with Rovo and / or automation.

I somehow completely missed this, so have a bonus surprise!congratulations 🎉

Thank you!

* @Olivia Gallo the link isn't working. Are the job details posted anywhere else?

Hi, @Susanna Babayan . At my previous company, we had a space called Atlassian Products. We used folders to organize; one for each product. We would include a separate page for each video/article, and have an index page in each folder with the child pages macro to keep the index up to date. We had a separate folder for…

Thank you! I hadn't seen that set of endpoints.

Congrats, @John Funk !

Watermelon is one of my faves, too. Have you ever tried salting your watermelon? Hear me out! Just like salt makes chocolate taste more like chocolate, salt on watermelon intensifies the flavor. I use popcorn salt, because it's super-fine, and just put a tiny sprinkle on each chunk as I'm about to eat it; I learned the…

FYI to all: this article was written before Confluence automation had been introduced. There's now an action available in Jira's automation that allows you to create a Confluence page; I would use that going forward.

@Claudio de Lima Sales No, I never did find a solution. It was kind of a one-off need (to do some data cleanup) and we ended up just going through all tickets in the project one by one.
-
Thank you for taking the time to write about this subject with sensitivity and humor, @Theresa McFarlane . Sharing with my coworkers, friends, and family.

@Vikki Silvers is there a way to fast-track the changeover? We're in the planning stages of an instance consolidation and have real need for the user access admin role.
-
FYI, I posted the same question to the chatbot in Compass and got this reply. Haven't tried it yet, but it may be what you need. If all 5 of your org/site admins need access to Compass, I'm afraid you would need to be on the standard plan. However, if some of those admins don't need product access, but want to stay org…
-
@Hester Loo we'd like to move to the free plan, but we have 5 org/site admins. Since none of their access to the product can be removed (not company policy; the user profile pages just will not let the toggle be turned off), what can we do?
-
@Abby Stiris is the forms view in mobile only available for the iOS app? I'm not seeing that view on my Android phone, and I have the most recent version of the app installed (that's publicly available, anyway.) I'm not able to see forms attached to tickets, either, which is a real shortcoming.

Hi, @Victoria Vlad Assuming you have access, an easier way to do this is with an automation rule. There are two ways you can do this: add a rule that runs whenever an issue is transitioned from a closed status (one with a resolution) back to a non-resolved status; or a rule that can be manually run on a single ticket that…

Oh, how fun! Pre-pandemic, a bunch of us from work (not a single team, just people who wanted to play) did an escape room. We picked the most difficult option at the location; it was more than a single room. We started in two separate jail cells; after escaping from those (which we had to work together with people in the…

Hi, @Dani Bonilla - welcome to the Community! You don't need a special gadget to create this filter; it's standard JQL. At its most basic, you would use this search: status changed from "In Progress" to "Done" You can then add any additional clauses you need, like date (changed before a specific date) or project = whatever.

Yes, that makes sense. I think what's confusing to a lot of people (including me) is the use of the phrase "site limit" in the Confluence support page, when it's really not only the site's license limit that's involved, but the limits of the plan the site is running on (Premium, Standard, or Free.) For example, my company…

@Eric Zheng This email just came today; if you're going to be sending content requesting people sign up for an EAP, it would be ideal if the signup hadn't already expired...
-
@Sole Lamas - the Basic role is applied to each user individually; it doesn't grant default access to products. In fact, the opposite - giving a user the Basic role means they can only access the products that you have toggled for them on their user profile. If you're looking for a way to give automatic access to products,…

It would have been books, but I ran out of room in my tiny house years ago and replaced them all, with a few sentimental exceptions, with the Kindle version. Now, I'd have to say it's yarn. This is about half of my stash; the other half is in another room.

Hi, @Lauren Moore - welcome to the Community! This is due to a change that Atlassian has rolled out recently. The intention to do so was documented here starting last year. (I assume you mean that it's been replaced by the Summary field, not the Description, which is the formattable text field.) Not everyone is thrilled…

Hi, @Amir Malka - welcome to the Community! Since you are on the Premium plan, you have access to Atlassian support. You should open a ticket with them to request assistance, as it's not something community users will be able to do for you. Go to https://support.atlassian.com/contact. Under What Can We Help You With,…

Hi, @Ned Lack - welcome to the Community! If I'm understanding you correctly, a Plan (advanced roadmap) should give you what you are looking for. Your ticket indicates you're on a Premium plan, so you should have access to the Plans menu. Product Discovery projects are based on the team-managed project type, which only…

Hi, @Giulia Quaglia - welcome to the Community! It sounds like the reason you're unable to make this work is that you don't know the custom field ID of your Reviewer field. If you're not a Jira admin, the easiest way to get that value is to look at an issue you have access to (with a value in the field) via the API. Just…

A black unicorn and a dragon! (Merry-go-rounds count, right? 😂) Really, horses are as exotic as I've gotten.

Hi, @Megha Komarraju - welcome to the Community! Unfortunately, this is a user-helping-user site; we do not have access to your instance and can't troubleshoot specific issues like that. Fortunately, your ticket is tagged that you have a Premium plan, which means you have access to Atlassian support; you can open a ticket…
