Hi, @cristian_bildea - welcome to the Community! Jira workflows have a concept called conditions and validators - it allows the Jira admin (or whoever created the workflows) to set restrictions on who or when a ticket can move from one status to another. If a condition is set on a transition and is not met, the user will…

Please see my original answer; you (or your board admin) will need to go to the Roadmap tab of the Board Settings. I posted screenshots of how to get there and what to do to enable it.
-
Advanced Roadmaps do require the premium version of Jira; they allow much more than what you're asking for. Project-level roadmaps are native to Jira and are available even on the free plan.
-
Sameh, I don't know that there is another way visually. The roadmap view is native to Jira, so enabling it will be the easiest way to do what you need. Is there a reason you don't want to enable it or request that your board admin do so?

Hi, @Brian Clark - the Community is a user-helping-user site; we cannot investigate issues on your instance for you. You'll need to open a support ticket with Atlassian at https://support.atlassian.com/contact. My guess would be that mail from Atlassian to that user's address has bounced in the past, leading the address to…

Hi, @Kumar - welcome to the Community! Unfortunately we can't help recover your repos. This is a user-helping-user site. You'll need to open a support ticket with Atlassian at https://support.atlassian.com/contact. (Also, I'd suggest you remove your email address from this post for security purposes.)

You're my hero!

😊I hope someone took a photo of Jeopardy - I just found out that @Mark Cruth is a former co-worker of one of my current coworkers, and she'd love to see him in that sexy Alex Trebek wig!

Hi, @Sameh Khalil - if you're just looking for a search result that shows all epics in a project and all stories that are part of epics, that's simple. Go to Filters -> Advanced Issue Search and enter this in the JQL field: project = JIRA and ( issuetype = task and "Epic Link" is not empty or issuetype = epic) (change the…

My big disappointment of this conference is that, although I know I was in the same room multiple times, I didn't get to meet the legend, @Fun Man Andy 😢
-
I didn't get many pictures - too busy gawking!
-
Thanks, @Hermance NDounga - yes, it's counter-intuitive for those of us who are used to JSW. Pinning has always been a user-level setting; it makes sense that different fields are important to different people.
-
Thank you, @Hermance NDounga . So pinned fields here are behaving differently than they do in standard projects, where they're a user setting?
-
I might have to do that, too, and I've seen both! This is still one of the things that can make me gigglesnort! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-BNwiqDGz5g

This will be my first time in Vegas, so right now everything I know comes from movies. Honestly, this is what I think of when I think of Las Vegas 😁
-
@Hermance NDounga thanks for the tip, but pinning is a user setting, correct? I as a project admin can't pin the fields and have them display that way for everyone. Our concern is that the fields will just be missed entirely where they are.
-
Hi, @Stephanie Johnson . A filter is a saved search, so a filter on its own isn't going to be able to change your tickets; all it does is display the tickets that match your search criteria. What you can do is search for all of the tickets you want to change, then (if you have permissions, which since I see your a site…

Yes, sorry! You'd think I would know better than to use "issue" instead of "problem" 😅
-
No, I used the standard support site (support.atlassian.com/contact). https://support.atlassian.com/requests/JST-863335
-
Hi, @Martin - because you're on Premium, your site admin has access to the Analytics product included with Confluence (found under the Apps menu.) Depending on the permissions your admin set, you may also have access to this. Share this documentation with them if they don't know how to set analytics permissions. From…

Thanks, Tanguy. I did open a support ticket, but the issue seems to have resolved itself.
-
Hi, @Gabriela - agents should be using the comments from the Jira side (not the portal side). In Service Management projects, there is the option of adding an internal comment or replying to customer. Any comments using the reply to customer option are visible on the portal; that's just something your agents need to be…

@Tom Rufo if you have ScriptRunner, you might be able to do it with a Behavior. Check out this video for a demonstration.
-
Hi, @Joe Bill is correct; a screenshot of the actual event would be helpful, but I think the problem has to do with your hierarchy setup. You have your Story issue type set to be higher in the hierarchy than your Epics. Epics are intended to be parents of stories, bugs, and tasks, and the Epic Link will only work if you're…
-
@Tanguy Crusson are you still involved with Product Discovery? (Also, you might have better luck if you post in the Product Discovery group.)
-
@Benjamin Marsh - you'll need to open a ticket with Atlassian support; on the Community site we're all just users like you - we don't have access to make changes to your system. https://support.atlassian.com/contact

I have an appropriately annoying earworm for every possible situation.
-
Hi, @Carrie McMahon - welcome to the Community! The query you need is based entirely on how your backlog view is configured. For example, unless your project contains issuetypes that you don't display in your board, you don't need to include the issuetype clause in your search. Do you frequently have issues that are in a…
-
Hi, @Dean Bayless - welcome to the Community! If by "user story number" you mean the ticket number (aka key), you just need to select Key from the columns dropdown to make it visible in your search results.

@Ryota Hashimoto there's definitely something wrong right now; it's happening on multiple instances I own as well. I'm guessing a bug snuck in while changes were being made to the team functionality, but I'd do as the message says and contact support. https://support.atlassian.com/contact
