Columns in a saved search are a personal setting. They should remain the same for all filters you create unless and until you choose to display different ones. Could you provide some screenshots of what you're trying to copy?

Hi, @Joe Teitelman - not sure if this is what you're looking for, but you can attach a Jira ticket (or tickets) to a Trello card by adding the Jira power-up to Trello. Open any Trello card and click Add Power-Ups from the list of functions running down the right side. Choose Jira (or search for it, if it's not showing in…

I'm glad you got it figured out, @Danielle Cantrell . If this answer helped, please consider marking it as Accepted so other users can find it when searching with similar questions. Thanks!

Fair point on usage. I've seen a number of requests to bring more Excel-like functionality to tables in Confluence, so I'm just making an assumption about the behavior. You can still enter a feature request at the link I provided; for Confluence Cloud you'd use the Suggestion issue type.
-
Hi, @Bert Roos - welcome to the Community! You're not doing anything wrong; you cannot add a heading to a numbered column. It's intended to behave the same way an Excel sheet does; you can't add any text to the corner piece at the top of the row numbers. You can open a feature request here.

Hi, @Jonas Schultens - at this time, what you're asking isn't possible as far as I know. Product Discovery is designed to track ideas, not actual scheduled work, and therefore is displayed with a higher level view - roadmap is now, next, and later, for example. It's intended to help you determine, based on the impact vs…

Hi, @Raul Martinez - welcome to the Community! This is a user-helping-user site, so we can't access your site to determine the problem. Are you on a free or paid product plan? If it's paid, you can submit a support request at https://support.atlassian.com/contact.

I don't have the answer for you, but I've added the xray tag to this post; it may get more views by people who actually know about XRay

Yup, @Trudy P Claspill got there first; I had to go back to my sandbox and prove that linking in JSM works. But my next comment was going to be about issue context! FYI, if you were to use the JSON to do the linking instead of the link issues action, you should be able to use {{issue.key}} as the inward issue link in the…
-
Hi, @Muharrem Bicici - welcome to the Community! Are you using an internal setup for creating your tests, or are you using a 3rd party app like X-Ray?
-
Just to clarify, if you try my example you'll need to update "Problem/Incident" to match one of your system's valid issue link types.
-
You can definitely link tickets to a JSM ticket; we do it all the time both manually and via automation JSON. Is it possible you don't have Linked Issues available in your JSM field configuration or on the screen?
-
Hi, @darrellb - how are you trying to link your tickets in your automation? Via the Link Issues action? You may not be able to do it that way, but you should be able to via the More Options JSON field at the bottom of most actions. It would look something like this: { "update": { "issuelinks": [ { "add": { "type": {…

Caffeine-free Diet Pepsi for me, although only 1 can a day now. I grew up in an area with unpotable water, and in the 70's bottled water wasn't really a thing, so we drank Diet Pepsi. I'm really sensitive to stimulants, so as soon as the caffeine-free version came out I switched. I love the way coffee smells, but hate the…

At the Summit in Barcelona in 2018, one of European attendees convinced me to try an orange Fanta - he swore it was different than the stuff sold in the U.S. He was right! It's so much better. I ended up bringing back about a dozen bottles I bought at the airport and rationing them for over a year. I finally found that you…

I had no idea flavored ginger ale was a thing! I need to look for this.
-
Hi, @Peter Gebhard - can you post a screenshot of what your field (assuming you're putting this in the Description?) looks like in Edit mode? I'm able to format code in my Description and it renders correctly, but it doesn't look like yours (there are no line numbers.) I'm wondering how you inserted the code; did you just…

Somehow I missed this one when it first posted. @Jack Brickey and @Paul Wiggers I recently found Andy Phillip on youtube. Not woodworking, per se, but wood turning. It's mesmerizing, and I really want that globe made from colored pencils! As to the original topic, I'm definitely a re-reader and re-watcher. I've read the…

Scotland is gorgeous! And as the home of golf, you should be covered! St. Andrews has seven public courses (according to Wikipedia; I don't play) and is a really beautiful old town. And if you're old enough to remember the movie Chariots of Fire, the famous "running on the beach" scene was filmed there!

I've always been into history, museums, and walking tours of beautiful cities. But in December my sister and I went to Costa Rica for a week - picked at random from a tour company's offerings because there were spots available and it was a relatively short distance (only 4 hours from DFW, where I already was for a work…

NZ and Australia are also my dream trips - I have family there I've never met, and would like to, but it's such a long trip that I'd need to take at least two weeks (not counting travel time) to make it worthwhile, and that isn't realistic right now.

Hi, Alexandra. You refer to filters, but your ticket is tagged with Service Management. Do you mean queues? If so, you should have an option to clone the queue under the three dots menu:
-
Hi, @Rudolph Dreyer - welcome to the Community! You don't mention if you're using sprint or kanban. In my experience (which, caveat, is limited to one company, although 10 years there), if your three work streams are handled by different teams on different sprint schedules, it can get messy having them work in a single…

Hi, @Zaldy Parian - that "button" is a portal group. Go to the project in the Jira interface and go to Project Settings, then Portal Settings. On the Portal Groups tab, you can edit the name of the current group by clicking the down arrow on the right side of the group to expand it, and then clicking into the group name to…

Hi, @Danielle Cantrell - welcome to the Community! Can you post some screenshots of your postfunction options? I've checked on two different instances and I still see the option to clear a field value.
-
@cmueller the place to suggest a feature is not the Community site; you can post a feature request in Atlassian's own Jira. Here's the link for JSW Cloud suggestions.
-
Hi, @Ahmed Arslan - there isn't a centralized place for all event recordings; it's up to each user group to make their recordings available. For your example, I'd suggest contacting the group leader for information. You can find a contact link on the Portland ACE home page.
-
Hi, @cmueller - unfortunately there's not a shortcut for that. You can see a list of available shortcuts by clicking the Help icon in the top right and choosing Keyboard Shortcuts:

Hi, @Jack Queen - welcome to the Community! This is not actually Atlassian support; we're a user-helping-user site. However, since you're on the free plan, I don't believe you have access to Atlassian's paid support team. One option would be to sign up for the free trial of the Jira standard plan (30 days) and then convert…

OK, that's one thing ruled out. Is this a new transition that you've never been able to use, or have you been able to use it in the past but you're now getting errors? Is it only an issue on this specific ticket, or are you getting the error on every ticket you're trying to run this transition on? I've occasionally run…
