@Nour Durra Nagarro there is no conditions between Start / Pause / End that would cater to reseting the time elapsed. You could make the status you want an End state status and then use automation to automatically change the status, that could reset your status I think.

@Sergei thanks for the feedback. I think both things sound like new functionality you're asking for. First would be holiday intervals instead of doing things 1 by 1. The second would be adding one-off workdays to 5day/week schedules. Think this second ask needs more unpacking as it's not clear what you'd expect in terms of…

@sam.nicholson , @Liam Green , @Pablo Scheveloff Thanks for your comments. I've shared that internally. Could I get you to vote for https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-2495 and add your interest? Thank you, Radu

@M Amine I am unable to help you out on timelines for DC/Server however I recommend raising a ticket in jira.atlassian.com with a server suggestion and our product team will reply. Cheers! Radu
-
@Louis Depassemar I think you're looking for a functionality that displays current time in status without having a service level agreement tied to it. I think the SLA feature wasn't intended to be used like this. You can submit a suggestion in jira.atlassian.com and our product managers will get back to you. Hope that…

@Marcos Ribeiro Pereira Coelho we haven't made changes behind the scenes. it's just a face lift ( User Interface) change. I recommend raising a Support ticket and having someone help you out and investigate the complete setup you have before providing an answer in your case. Cheers!

@Dirk Ronsmans good catch. It's only for Cloud. I updated the text and tags. Thank you!
-
@scott_boisvert thanks, you're right. I was thinking of cloud.
-
@scott_boisvert since this article came out we shipped a new automation for JIRA https://www.atlassian.com/blog/jira-software/introducing-automation-in-jira which also works in JSD. Head over to Project Automation in Classic Project settings or Project Automation in Project Settings -> Apps on Next gen and configure your…
-
@Harry Bob Yes, I expect that they are.
-
Hello @Harry Bob , The reason you only see some fields inside your Next Gen project is that Next Gen projects being autonomous they have their own isolated space from where field are taken. If you want to remove the duplicate fields on your instance you can go…

Hi @[deleted] , Step 1 create a filter and make sure it has public permissions Step 2 create a dashboard make sure this one is also public Step 3 add a gadget based on the filter you created on step 1 This is the work you need to do to create a dashboard. ------- I was looking into ways to share this with anonymous users,…

@[deleted] Hi, just wanted to say I haven't forgotten about this. I'm looking into the actual solution and have ran into an snag. will keep you posted.
-
@[deleted] right now the portal is intended for customer interaction. Would you be able to share what type of information you want to make available to customers? Maybe a public viewable dashboard would work. Cheers, Radu

Hello @Harry Bob , In Next Gen issue types & request types are merged keeping the underlying concept of issue type. I understand there is some confusion because they are visible as Request types in the menu and not in the queue screen. We'll have to fix this by surfacing the information available in the issuetype column in…
-
Hello @Weng Seng Chin , I'd recommend reading https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Desk-articles/Notify-your-agents-when-an-issue-is-created/ba-p/1157911 . And then setup an automation rule that looks like Let me know if this works. Cheers, Radu

Not sure @Dekker Erasmustry reaching out to support.

@Neha Maurya have you tried reaching out to support?
-
Hi @Jp , We have approvals functionality for these sign-off types of activities. However only users with atlassian accounts will be able to provide approvals on those accounts, they would need to be paid. If you're on a next-gen instance ( look at the bottom side of the blue menu on the left) you'll have to wait a bit as…
-
Hi @Randal Schmidt , I'm sure you've already checked https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-desk-cloud/docs/add-an-email-account/ . However for Gmail there is specific information linked on the page and available…
-
@Charles Tan in order to start creating Classic projects please take the next steps: 1. open a service desk project 2. go to project settings 3. notice the advance menu option 4. click on Create new classic project like in the picture below. 5. choose the project you want from the selector screen. Alternatively go…
-
hi @Ming Lee , are you using JSD next gen? If you would have to go to a JSD project settings click advanced and enable classic project creation. Next gen projects currently don't have cascading select fields, they are coming up for us though. Cheers, Radu
-
hi @Fahad Akhtar I'd use a group e-mail setup where the users would add the group e-mail alias to requests so they get added. Or you could spend one jira license on the alias e-mail and use that for subscriptions. Cheers, Radu
-
@David Anthony have you tried using historically searchable JQL params? Here is a sample JQL I would use to get the issues I want status was not in ("In Progress") and status was in (Open) And here is the advanced search…
-
hi @Fahad Akhtar there are groups that come by default with your installation and I'll attempt to explain them as best I can. Let's take a look at Product access administration. You might have the same setttings as below If we go over the 3 groups under Jira Software Product access we read administrators,…
-
@Fahad Akhtar in short, no. Giving a user a Service Desk agent permission doesn't grant them access to service desk related functionality. To get service desk features one has to have Jira Service Desk access(license) ticked in the user administration tool.

Hi @Ed Ewing would you be able to share a screenshot or some steps you took to find this issue? I'd love to help but I'm unsure what you consider the "home button" and what you're expecting to happen. Cheers, Radu
-
Hi @jus fun This should be working at the moment, are you having difficulties? Did the email arrive later? What project type are you using? How did you test this? Cheers, Radu
-
@Lisa Perkins from the info available in the thread, my knowledge and difficulty in debugging this I'd recommend reaching out to our support team.

they should see the filtering page when they click requests->all
