Hi @Mariam Hovhannisyan Did you set availability for request forms on portal? Based on screenshots I see that you limit it only for issue type Regards, Seba
-
@derrick Only solution that came to my mind is to create filter per timeframe: created >= "2024-03-01 00:00" AND created <= "2024-03-01 08:00" or created >= "2024-03-02 00:00" AND created <= "2024-03-02 08:00" or ... As I mentioned - this will be very hard to achieve

Hi @Naoki You need to put there users, not variable. As I know variables cannot be a list.
-
Based on screenshots I see that you are want to have bulk option in JSM Queues. This is not possible. Only place where bulk will be available is in searching issues.
-
Hi @derrick Can you explain why you want to make reports based on timeframes? What value this will bring to you? Based on what you wrote I'm afraid that it is not possible in easy way. What you can do is create custom report and you are able to set custom range and set period as hourly. I'm sure that this is not what you…
-
Hi @Naoki Did you try to use round robin option for specified list of users in Assign issue action? I feel that this can be a better solution. Regards, Seba
-
Can you add screenshots again? I can't load them.
-
Just add a space inside loop. Bold parts of below smart value are responsible for loop. You can add inside everything what you want (spaces, commas, etc). {{#issue.customfield_10003}}[~accountid:{{accountId}}]{{/}} Regards, Seba

HI @Sanvir Rai Please check files permissions and confirm that files are under mnt/data/confluencedata. Regards, Seba

Hi @Kamil Askerov Rule logs looks ok? Did you make a global rule? On what user this rule is working? IMO - if copying is not working and you did everything exactly like in doc you should report it to Atlassian support (support.atlassian.com). Regards, Seba
-
Hi @jyoti panse Do you run JQL on the same user? What you can do is to check issue that not appear in jira filter and check if this ticket fit your query. Regards, Seba
-
Hi @Vasiliy Chemezov Looks like a bug. Please contact with Atlassian support (support.atlassian.com). Regards, Seba
-
I don't think that it is possible in automation ;/
-
Hi @CA Test Please try use: {{#issue.customfield_10003}}[~accountid:{{accountId}}]{{/}} You need to change Participants field id.
-
Hi @Atlassian 320EAST Did you check this - https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/delete-an-account/ ?
-
I'm afraid that this is not possible to do via rest api (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-36112). I don't know other solution how you can update CF values in a bulk.
-
Hi @Angus Smith Can you explain it what do you mean by suppliers? Those should be a new account in Jira?
-
in that case please use - https://docs.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/api/REST/9.14.0/#api/2/issue-getCreateIssueMetaProjectIssueTypes
-
Hi @shivani.shirguppi What Ids you want to find?
-
Yes you can make mentions and combine it with smart values for lists. Example: {{#issue.customfield_10003}}[~accountid:{{accountId}}]{{/}}
-
Hi @Aditya Rajaraman You can try use this (https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/examples-of-using-smart-values-with-lists/) and be able to mention all users. Regards, Seba
-
Hi! You don't have to grant Jira admin permission to give someone bulk permission. What you can do is to grant bulk change permission in global permissions - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/manage-global-permissions/ Regards, Seba
-
Hi @Michael Ortega Only think that came to my mind is to use changelog smart value (https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-issues/#--changelog--) and display previous and current version. I'm not sure that automations offers to make a diff on text. Regards, Seba

HI @[deleted] {{your-domain}} is your instance. E.g. Let's assume that we are working on Confluence https://greatcompany.atlassian.net and greatcompany.atlassian.net is {{your-domain}}. Regards, Seba

-
Hi @Carlien de Mos I'm afraid that it is not possible. If user is able to create projects is able to see all available project templates. Regards, Seba
-
@Jagadeesh K sorry but I don't get it. You have everything what you need to do that. What is missing there?
-
As I mentioned - simplified workflow is any to any. You can go to Done status from any status. During moving to Done status resolution will be set (there will be triggered post function Update issue field). When you will move ticket from Done status to any other status - resolution will be cleared (same here - there will…

Hi @Kou Ssi IMHO - C is the correct answer. Below why: A - looks like a correct answer but you don't know what issue types you have in that project. B - also looks correct but you don't know permissions set in that project so you can't be sure that all team members have the same rights C - is correct - in simplified…
