Hi @arti_b_patil I'm afraid but this is not possible now. You can watch and vote for that feature - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-4535 Regards, Seba

Hi @Mayur Gaikwad/Tech PMO Please check this doc about searching via rest api. Maybe this will help you to fix that - https://developer.atlassian.com/server/jira/platform/jira-rest-api-example-query-issues-6291606/ Another question - As I understand "Development Task" is your sub-task type right? Regards, Seba
-
Why you want to do that on workflow? Still you need to trigger somehow transition on workflow to send webhook.
-
Hi @viraj IMO best option will be to make filter subscription or use automation to send mail. Both scenarios require to create filter to find issues where are in specific statuses (if you want) and aren't updated since 12 days. Regards, Seba
-
Hi @김범년 Did you asked Atlassian support or vendor support about that? Regards, Seba

-
Hi @Sandeepsai As I understand you have server version which don't allow upgrades anymore since Atlassian deprecate it. What you can do is to put data center trial licence and upgrade Jira from 6.4 to 7.x, then from 7.x to 8.x and then from 8.x to latest one. Similar case you can find here…
-
By saying that I was mean that on data center versions there is a rest api to get this info.

Hi @RG Why you want to disable outgoing mail, rather than don't want to investigate why jira is generating so much emails? IMO after enabling outgoing mail again, Jira won't send previous messages. Regards, Seba
-
Hi @[deleted] Another project is also service project? If yes, you can use default request type - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/choose-default-request-types-for-your-issue-types/ If no, there it no way to keep ticket available on portal. Regards, Seba
-
Hi @Laurie Sciutti Yours {{page.labels.name.match("*label*")}} will not work. {{page.labels.name}} return a list/array and match() can't work on it.
