Hi @Karim Mohamed You can use Create page in Confluence action. If not you can consider to use Confluence rest api. Regards, Seba
-
HI @Koen Bruggeman Did you ask atlassian support about that? It looks like Atlassian removed it but I'm not sure that they announce it. Regards, Seba
-
Hi @Bevan Holman I think you should raise a support request about that. Atlassian should fix it. Regards, Seba
-
Hi @RAJESHPEDDARLAUK In Jira in each plan you will pay for users that use your license. So if you will grant license for 50 users all 50 users will count. There is an exception - JSM, where you pay for agents, not customers. Regards, Seba
-
Hi @Devendar Gangapuram Please read doc from my last comment. There you can find that you can choose projects.
-
Hi @Mason W_ Foley You can't revert changes in Jira Cloud. You can raise a support request to suggest that. Finger crossed that your idea will be deliver :) Regards, Seba
-
I don't know. I don't have that info. Maybe you can ask atlassian support about that. Regards, Seba

This means that your account is managed by your organisation. You need to contact with someone who is org admin.
-
Hi @Prem Please ask atlassian supoprt about that. Regards, Seba
-
Hi @Yadi Please check this article - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/map-a-screen-to-a-workflow-transition-in-jira-company-managed-projects-720634253.html Regards, Seba

Hi ethyim@pccwglobal.com You should be able modify it in your Atlassian Id profile - https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility Regards, Seba

Check what groups user from screenshot have assigned.
-
Hi @Joan Andreu Juan Torrens You can grant access to same group which grant license to confluence. Regards, Seba
-
Hi @shivani shirguppi Unfortunately this is not possible. Buttons name are hardcoded. Regards, Seba
-
What you need to do is to create rule that will be triggered after issue created action. Then you need to set condition/conditions for each case (e.g. if field is ABC then fill customer_name with XYZ) Regards, Seba

with jira out-of-the-box it is not possible. You can consider to use script runner but I'm not sure if behaviours will solve that. IMO only solution is to use automation. Regards, Seba
-
Hi @李贺 I'm afraid that it is not possible. There is function openSprints() that list all issues that are in active sprint but you cannot limit it. Regards, Seba
-
Hi @Detsha What is customfieldid=10200? Did you try to do that via automation? Regards, Seba
-
Hi @Bhanu KN I don't remember that this is published somewhere. Did you ask atlassian support about that? Regards, Seba
-
Hi @Will Buchner Based on your scenario you can (in confluence automation): 1. Use "Send web request" action to get value from field in a ticket via jira rest api 2. Based on response create new variable with value from point 1 3. Use "Send web request" action to create page via confluence rest api and use variable from…

Hi @Madhura Lodam Go to: * Select > Issues. * Under FIELDS, select Custom fields. There you will have a list of custom fields with types. IMPORTANT: You need to be jira admin.

Hi @Aditi Goel Please check this doc about startAt - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-use-the-maxresults-api-parameter-for-jira-issue-search-rest-api-1251999998.html

HI @Venkata Subbarao Harish Nimasakavi I'm afraid that this is not possible. If users are able to see content on pages in space, they are able to download any file stored there. Regards, Seba
-
Hi @Madhura Lodam You need to check type of that custom field. For single line text field it is 255 characters, for multi-line text field it is 32,767 characters. Regsards, Seba

I understand you but this was Atlassian decision to change UI. We can complain about it but it is like it is. Regards, Seba

Transition names will be displayed under status fied:
-
Hi @Søren Hansen Buttons are deprecated in the new issue view in cloud. these have been replaced by simply clicking on the status and selecting the available 'to' status. Regards, Seba
-
Hi @Drishti Maharaj Issue history is perfect place to check that. Other place is to check automation audit rule (maybe for some rules actor is set for that user or user who trigger rule). Regards, Seba
-
Hi @Dreymann_ Thomas In single JSM project you can set only one mail handler. If you want to have more you need to use app for that (e.g. Email this issue). Other idea that came to my mind is to use automation and edit issue type when rule recognise that this is change request (important info - workflow for incidents and…

Hi @Aditi Goel Based on my knowledge, it is not possible to change this limit in Jira Cloud. You can watch and vote for that - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-45639 So far Atlassian published workaround for that…
