I can't really share anything that teams outside Atlassian are doing (although I've seen some great examples over the last year!), so I'll nominate some prize-ineligible teams building Point A products. On the other hand, the hard work that's gone into these will be on display this week at Team... But I still think it's…

Howdy y'all! You may have seen me around the general Community answering questions about various products. My current role at Atlassian is supporting Atlassian Support :) but it's helpful to see how other folks are using JSM, and I'm looking forward to answering more questions where I can!

Hi @jinwoo.kim , welcome to the Community! I see you also opened a support case and the support engineer was able to unblock the email address for the new employee in your company. Based on the error code listed in your support ticket, I'd also like to suggest you view the article Unblocking Office365 emails for Atlassian…

Hi @Rich Handler , Currently that's not an option, but we do have a popular Suggestion open for that. You can follow along on the progress of that suggestion here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-21494 Cheers, Daniel

Safe travels @Walter Buggenhout - I'm sure everyone will be thrilled to see you! Have a great time 😀

You've gotta be careful about standing off to the side @Svenja Lorenzen ... true story from my first event (Summit back then): I was standing off to the side. Probably in the wrong spot - looking at the vendor booths and thinking "Oh wow, it would be incredible to go talk to the legendary Bob Swift". At that point, I got…

I'm a bit jealous of the viewing parties! Sounds like a great way to get some connection without the sprawl of the conference center, plus you can meet folks in your geographical area without having to try and organize something at the conference! Hope you enjoy it and meet some new friends @Astrid Sieben !
-
@Randy O'Neal always a lot of scrum masters at Atlassian events - I think you'll make some great connections! Congrats on your recent ACP-620 certification but be warned, Atlassian certifications can be a lot like Pokemon - you gotta catch em all!
-
Wow that's exciting! Hadn't really thought that this is probably the first time quite a few teams are meeting up in person given all the <gestures around> everything over the last while. Hope you all have a great time bonding and have some activities planned outside of Team for your team!
-
We may miss out on t-shirts @Neena Rodricks , but the badges for online participation are forever!
-
I would say "have fun" but that's a given! Enjoy it lots and say hello to all the Leaders and Atlassians you're hitting in person for the first time!
-
I feel you @Taranjeet Singh ! One perk of attending virtually is that you don't have to run across the convention hall to make it to sessions you want to attend, so that's something to be excited about during the week perhaps?
-
Take it all in @Andy Gladstone ! Get ready for a few days of low sleep and hastily scrawling notes in sessions. Meet the vendors of any apps you use, get your support questions answered at the product booths, meet fellow Leaders - so much to do! Work can wait 😉
-
Yes! One only hopes those bubble ball things are hiding somewhere under a booth ready to pull out for ... Team bash (get it?)
-
* I'll be attending sessions digitally this year, as time allows. Sadly I neither work on Community or frontline support anymore, so I've got no reason to attend in person. I am going to miss saying hi to all the old Community friends & leaders, but will happily enjoy posting online with you all! For those attending in…

Hi @Gangmin Lee , I've checked our suppression list and found some users on your domain. The error message our mail service received was the 550 5.4.1 "recipient address rejected: access denied" error covered in this article . I would recommend following those steps in Office 365 to ensure future emails don't bounce back…

If you've landed on this thread, you likely are having trouble getting invitation emails from Atlassian Cloud (Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, Bitbucket Cloud) for yourself or a teammate. Due to various messages your mail server might have returned when the invitation was sent, Atlassian's mail systems may have paused…

Hi @albert_pinto , The Organization field can contain multiple values, so you'll need to give the Smart Value a pointer on which one to fetch. If there's only one set, you can simply use {{issue.Organizations.first.name}} to do it. That fetches the first value in the list, and references the name value for the object. If…

@Agata Wijaczka sorry about the delay - hoping you were able to get sorted out last month via your support ticket. If not, should be set now. @Webmaster the user you mentioned was still on the bounce list, which I've cleared out for your domain. @Antoine Beloeuvre I've cleared out the error for the user you mentioned. It…

The /myself endpoint there doesn't require admin permission - it should return results for any user if the credentials are valid. Getting a 401 here could mean a couple things: 1. The GET request wasn't configured with the email address / API token when it was sent 2. (more likely, based on Monday.com also having an error)…

Kudos keep getting better and better! Thanks for the continuous improvement and fun @Monique vdB !

Hi @Solomiia Zhuromska , welcome to the Community! By clicking your profile picture in the upper-right of Jira and selecting Personal Settings, you can adjust which email notifications will be sent. There's a "Email notifications for issue activity" option which may get turned off if you've got personal notifications in…

Hi @Mohajit Acharya , Bummer that the integration is not working! I would recommend reaching out to Monday.com's support as they operate that integration on their site (we don't manage it here at Atlassian). I imagine they're storing the token locally, so there shouldn't be a problem using various browsers to submit the…

Hi @Tim Pilcher , welcome to the Community! The Edit functionality was provided by the Companion app, which became unavailable in Confluence Cloud as of yesterday. This article on Community has the details on its removal. There were some usability issues with the app that gave a buggy experience to many teams. In the…

Hi @Ryota Hashimoto , By default when you paste a link to a Jira issue, it will convert to a smart link. Clicking on the link while still in Edit mode will allow you to modify the link: "Display inline" is the default option that shows the summary and status. Changing the dropdown to "Display URL" will stop the issue…

Hi @Evan Nixon ! I see you've already switched to using the url smart value in your Automation lookup, which was going to be my first suggestion based on your question. About the second - generating unfurls. The Slack app won't trigger unfurls for messages from apps like Automation for Jira. We've documented this ask…

Hi John, welcome to the Community! It looks like you're connecting to the repository with HTTPS (no SSH involved), but the server is using a self-signed certificate. Rather than disabling certificate validation entirely, I would recommend adding the self-signed certificate to the trust store on your machine. This is a…

Just updated macOS and getting to enjoy some newbies, like the supervillain 🦹 But my favorite emoji that everybody seems to use improperly are the three wise monkeys 🙈🙉🙊. There's a proverb behind these!

Hi @Rakesh Singh , interesting question! My personal preference would be to have something sitting between Splunk and Statuspage, which provides the following benefits: * A real human is alerted of the problem before Statuspage is updated (incidents are less helpful if nobody is working on resolving them) * The real human…
