  • That sounds like *pre*-collaborative editing behavior. Do you know if you are on Confluence Server, and what version if so? Collaborative editing was released 6 years ago in Confluence 6, which is now past its end-of-life. If you are on a Confluence 5 server version, I would definitely recommend upgrading.
  • Hi @George Matyar , I've noted some recent bounces on your domain, possibly from the invitations going out before the mailboxes were created. If the email address is on the list below, the error has been cleared out and you should be able to resend the invitation successfully: * k*.*v@yourdomain * h.*t@yourdomain *…
  • Hi @nico_felice , welcome to the Community! I found that particular user you mentioned hasn't been able to receive email from Atlassian since March 7 due to errors returned by Office365 on some mail delivery attempts. I've cleared out the errors on the Atlassian side for this user (and several others) who were placed on…
  • Hi @qaharpa , welcome to the Community! There was a pause in our email system on sending emails to the address you listed - on May 5, our mail service got a message back saying the mailbox didn't exist for that address. In order to keep our mail service in good standing, we stop sending emails to addresses with this type…
  • Hi @Raj, welcome to the Community! Confluence collaborative editor lets multiple people edit a page at the same time, and the changes show up instantly for everyone editing the page. This is a feature of Confluence, and one I personally find extremely useful! If you're on Confluence Data Center, it is possible to disable…
  • Hi @jarvis lely , welcome to the Community! This answer is from a bit back (2018) but the basic information is the same. This Support documentation describes the basic steps for getting the URLs from Statuspage to add it as a relying party to any identity provider (including ADFS). With those details, you can add a new…
  • @maksim.zavyalov - sorry for not seeing this reply earlier. I see you've recently opened some support cases for the invitations that weren't received. While the support engineers handling those cases cleared the email pauses on the Atlassian side, I do notice that your mail provider is Office365 as well, and that the…
  • Hi @Dennis Stapleton , I've cleared out recent errors (May 17) for 2 users on your domain. They had similar bounces from Office365 - please follow the steps in Unblocking Office365 emails for Atlassian Cloud to allowlist Atlassian emails on your domain. That will ensure emails don't bounce and cause this problem again.…
  • @Dan Brimmicombe I've cleared out some email suppressions on your domain. There were 8 email addresses total on your domain that weren't getting notifications due to previous bounces. Any new notifications should start flowing, but if you had any invitations that weren't delivered previously, you'll need to resent those…
  • For clarity - I see that you've mentioned app requests separately from access requests. Access requests are there already, but I'll give our product team a shout about the app requests.
  • Hi @A A Ron Geister _Trundl_ , Some notifications do go into Slack! From the integration documentation : * Invite a Slack user, or request access on their behalf – If you add a Jira link to a Slack channel where user/s don’t have access to Jira, the app will prompt you to invite them directly (if you are able to) or send a…
  • Hi @Kevin Teng , welcome to the Community! I see you've opened a support case as well. While the specific support case is currently open, it does look like your manager also opened a support case, and that one was resolved already. Your email address shows that it has received some emails from our mail delivery system…
  • Hi @Jessica Dowd , Just noting that I saw your reply and answered on your Community question. Cheers!
  • Hey @Jessica Dowd , There's a condition that can occur on the Atlassian side if an email address had trouble receiving email in the past. Our system will stop delivering future emails if a problem was detected (for example, if the mail server said that email box didn't exist at some point). Our support team needs to check…
  • Hi @Delasha Long , I found one user on your domain (first name starting with 'j', last name ending with 'n') that was on the block list for a bounced email quite a ways back. That user didn't have any recent blocked emails in the mail logs however, so I'm not sure that was the correct user who's having the problem right…
  • Hi @Manuel Möser , welcome to the Community! Simply verifying a domain will not send out an email to users on that domain. Once it is verified however, you may want to claim accounts on that domain in order to enforce security policies. Once you do that, users who you've claimed will see that their accounts are managed if…
  • Thanks for the confirmation of the error message you're receiving. I understand the desire to not post the full screenshot showing the email address in the confirmation screen. At this point, I do think we need to verify that email address as there seems to be a discrepancy with what you're seeing on the site and what I'm…
  • I've also seen a variation of the "your message will be deleted" response @nina_schmidt posted. This is especially important for longer absences like a sabbatical or parental leave. If I'm out for only a week, it still takes me almost the entire first day back to weed through all the emails and notifications. One addition…
  • Hi @Peter Jenks , I see that the email address you mentioned did have the block issue - although I also see you were able to open a support case. The support engineer handling that case cleared out the block on that email address yesterday. Mail should be able to flow to that address now. One thing the support engineer…
  • Hi @Shila_Meshram , welcome to the Community. I've checked the email delivery logs for our Cloud services and see that the email address you're posting on Community from is currently receiving emails from our Cloud systems. In particular, there are pull request notifications coming from Bitbucket, Jira notifications, and…
  • Hi @Samantha Sharkov , It looks like personal notifications might be what you're after. In Slack, you can type /jira notify to get this configured: The personal notifications can be filtered to particular Jira Cloud sites (if you are a user on more than one site) and for a variety of notification types. For example, if you…
  • Hi @Sharath Moolya , welcome to the Community! For Slack notifications using Jira Server, you'll first want to ensure you've got the free Jira Server for Slack (official) app installed. Note: there are third-party Slack apps for Jira Server available as well on the Marketplace - these are just instructions for the…
  • Hi @Sharath Moolya , welcome to the Community. It looks like this question was recently posted already - over at this link. I'm currently writing an answer for you there and saw this question just pop up as well. Hang tight a few minutes and we'll have a reply for you on your original thread. Cheers, Daniel
  • Hi @Sofía Rodríguez , welcome to the Community! Currently in Confluence Cloud, the editor will try to resolve URLs into smart links and provide the page title as the link - there are a couple other display options to bring more of the linked content into the page, which can be helpful depending on the context of your page.…
  • Hi @Aniruddha Maurya , welcome to the Community! We recently added Chat as a native function of Jira Service Management Cloud. Here are the details: * Support / setup documents * Announcement post If you are a project admin for a service management project, you can easily set this up! To set up Chat in your service…
  • Hi @Gaurav Aggarwal , With the built-in integration, the granularity levels you mentioned are as fine as it gets. The idea for the built-in integration is to strike a balance between simplicity and power - for most use-cases, the level of granularity you mentioned would skew away from the simplicity side of the spectrum.…
  • Hi Karthika, If you're using Jira's internal directory, renaming a user is a simple operation: * How to rename users in Jira In the case that you're using an external directory, the user could also be renamed in the external directory and depending on the setup, should sync in. But in the case that there are two separate…
  • Didn't expect to hit a whole row, but Bingo!
  • First in-person one: 2016. I'd viewed sessions virtually in prior years. Things were a lot smaller back then - sometimes you'll see photos of how the event has grown over the years. I think I saw a photo with Bob Swift at the first or second one with just a handful of attendees - everybody at the event fit in the same…
  • So hyped for the keynotes! Here's a sneak peek:
