Hi @mateuszflisikowski , Recently we've rolled out a self-service option for updating site URLs. The instructions for doing this are provided in this linked article . However, your site must be on a Standard plan or higher in order to use the rename function. If you are currently on the Free plan, you can opt to do a 7-day…

Hi @Brent Vierling , welcome to the Community! There was indeed an error for an email address on your domain. I've cleared the error from our mail service, but the particular one it was points to an mail server misconfiguration: 550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. Microsoft's documentation points at a few…

I don't believe you can currently trigger the contact administrators form on-demand in Confluence Cloud. However, the Jira contact form should work well given that your site has Jira installed as well.

@feng hong Confluence 6.13.23 is now available as an image on Docker Hub. Cheers!

Hi @Vishnu Vardhan , welcome to the Community! Our email service has a suppression list to keep from sending emails to accounts that no longer exist at your organization. When our mail service receives certain types of errors from the recipient's mail server, that email address is placed on the list and not sent additional…

Hi @swilson , Due to privacy concerns, I can't simply list your Confluence administrators here on Community. An easy way to contact them is through the in-product contact form however, and as you have Jira in your Atlassian Cloud site, you can easily use the Jira form. That's going to be at this URL:…

👋🏻 Thanks for the tag @Tinker Fadoua - @swilson I'm gathering some details about your site and will post an answer shortly!

Hi @feng hong , We're checking in on the build for 6.13.23 as we do expect that to be visible for you on Docker Hub. I'll update you as soon as it's available. In the meantime, I would suggest not waiting for that version to mitigate CVE-2021-26084. My suggestion to you would be: * Update now to 6.13.21 using one of the…

Hey @Mario Tobar , found a couple more from the gobetterfly domain on the list - errors came for those accounts from Gmail on August 31st. One was the "550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist" that all the other errors have been, but there was a second account with a listed "550-5.2.1 The email…

Hi @Steven Spyrka , Server and Data Center licenses still need to be manually applied (they do not automatically pull the latest license from my.atlassian.com, even if the subscription is renewed). But in your case with several apps and application licenses in the mix, I think co-terming the licenses might be helpful. From…

@Laura Rodbro error cleared - let me know if things are not working for you going forward. Cheers!
-
@Vladimir Alferyev you should be set now - it looks like potentially you may want to ensure your email address is correct at https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/email as Google had returned this error to us: 550: 550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Your account is old enough that I would…

Hi @cliwo , In legal terms, Sourcetree falls under Atlassian's Software License Agreement . In practical terms, anyone is free to use Sourcetree free of charge. This includes for commercial use. We're happy that you're able to use Sourcetree to produce your own software and make a profit from it! Cheers, Daniel

A "view page" activity will prevent deactivation. Jira and Confluence are evaluated separately however, so you do need to be active in both products in order to reset the respective active periods.

Doh! Unfortunately I'm not able to reset the limit there. Let me know how things go tomorrow after it cools down! I'm fairly confident about the delivery (once it can be sent!) since you've allow-listed the IP ranges we use already.
-
Hi Jeff, welcome to the Community! Your new address returned a "recipient not found" error on July 17. I've cleared that error our of our mail service. Kudos for having your provider check for blocked IP addresses! Assuming there are no other issues that might cause an email to bounce from your organization's mail server,…

Hi Paul, welcome to the Community! Currently there aren't graphical/in-app options for exporting historical uptime data. The subscriber lists are the only data available for export from the web interface. However, the API provides access to all the component and incident data. The Get a list of incidents endpoint should…

Hi @Ian Morris , welcome to the Community! The accounts in Cloud are based on email addresses. When you migrate the Confluence Server accounts up to Cloud, the activity will be associated with the Cloud accounts for the people with the same email addresses. For this reason, the migration assistant will not migrate users if…
-
Hi @Gabe Black , welcome to the Community! I found one user's email address on your domain on our email suppression list, due to a 550 error returned by your organization's mail server on July 30. The entry has been cleared out of the list now and further attempts to send invitations to that user should be delivered,…

Hi @Darlene Price , welcome to the Community! As Nic has mentioned, the license will need to go in the Jira Core box on the Versions & Licenses page in Jira's administration. I see you previously had a license for Jira Software as well (which has since expired) - so if you are on a recent version of Jira, you will want to…

Hi @Mario Tobar , Just confirming there were 5 more accounts on the suppression list from your email domain since the last clear-out. I've replied on your most recent question as well, but my suggestion is to make sure the mailboxes are created in G Suite well in advance of sending the invitations from Jira or Confluence.…
-
Hi @Mario Tobar , I've just cleared out the addresses from your domain from our mail service's suppression list. 5 accounts had this error: 550: 550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try 550-5.1.1 double-checking the recipient's email address for typos or 550-5.1.1 unnecessary spaces.…

Just confirming this from the Atlassian side - we send reminder emails at 60 days and 90 days of inactivity (logging into the site, viewing a page). At around the four month period we do send another email about a day before the site is suspended. I would suggest not ignoring the warning or suspension emails - we do delete…

Hi @Jakub Kováčik , welcome to the Community! The process to re-enable the Legacy Editor template does involve our support team. To that effect, I've created a support case on your behalf (as Free sites are ineligible to create support requests) and you should be receiving an email from our support system momentarily with…

P.S. - we did publish a security advisory yesterday that includes the version you're currently on (7.3.2). Upgrading to 7.13.0 will get you the fix for the security issue, as well as the fix for this healthcheck bug. If you're not able to upgrade right now, there are steps on the advisory to mitigate the issue by running a…

Hi @Jenny Lopes , welcome to the Community! The maxThreads parameter is present in the connector you've posted - here's where it is: What's actually causing this message to come up is a bug in the healthcheck: CONFSERVER-58097 We've fixed this bug on newer versions of Confluence - if your license is still under active…

Hi @Srujan kumar , welcome to the Community! The current Confluence Cloud to Confluence Cloud migration path involves some exports and imports. If you're moving the entire site, you can create a site backup and import that into your new site. If you're only interested in moving certain spaces, you can take a backup and use…

Hi @Parikshit Ghosh , For multiline text fields, the description and value functions don't actually print text. Calling the field alone (with no function at the end) should. I see you've tried {{issue.Release Notes}}, which I would expect to work. These functions should all work with a multiline text field: {{issue.Release…

Realizing this is an old topic, I just wanted to provide an update for completion's sake since there are a number of views on the question. We have an article here on Community that describes the process of moving from G Suite to another IdP step-by-step, which I recommend following in order to easily change identity…

In a nutshell, the accounts in Jira will be re-associated with the login details from your Microsoft identity provider (presumably Azure AD). The process is a little more complicated than simply choosing a new identity provider. We have an article here on Community that describes the process step-by-step, which I recommend…
