hi @Vladimir Sumilin ] There are two corrections on your rule. 1) You need to set your JQL as key = YourissueKey This is the number of the issue you want to have the subtask attached, that whay the parent of the issue you want to put the subtask in it. 2) the issue type selected in "Create issue action" must be sub-task.…

Wow. I have answered you with a full automation screenshot and how I made it working. Not sure if you received this answer and sounds its not here 🤦🏽♀️
-
Hi @Vladimir Sumilin please post your screen and configuration after changing as suggested. So I can see what's going on. The rule i post worked perfectly.
-
Hi @Camille There is no specific action for copying attachments. This is available in "Create, Edit issue, Clone, etc" actions - so you will select the attachment field in the list, then it will be copied. IN this case the branch should be related issues, as the issue already exists
-
Hi @Camille welcome to the community You will need to select the attachments fields to copy from your issue in the "create issue" action. Then it will copy the attachments
-
Hi @Vladimir Sumilin As far as I could understand your rule is creating a Standard Issue type, and not a sub-task. Standard issue types, are already parents. Subtasks have different icons, and they are the same even they are customized. So the error is that you are creating a standard and trying to child this to a already…

Hi @Priya Mishra welcome to the community. This happens when status is "Done" category, but the resolution field is empty. Jira understand that the issue is completed, when resolution is set. https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/best-practices-on-using-the-resolution-field-968660796.html This is the kb related

Hi @Rikita and @How To Jira Support This API is only available for Atlassian Access users and GOogle Workspace connected. Thats why you cant reach it.
-
HI @Petr AST They will be invited, and need to create a new pwd. The access will remain using their email (or SSO if you are using Atlassian Access to connect). Its not a big deal. My suggestion is that you communicate earlier to your company, what will happen and how, so they will be prepared for this in advance. I hope…

Hi @Tracy Collet I would add to @Mikael Sandberg reply the following The "contains" will match to 1207 too when it finds 207, do you agree? There is no way to control the order the rule will check, so in this case, although it will seen complicated, and "ugly" having one single rule for this and if / else branchs for each.…
-
Hi @Petr AST This will depend on your domain approved configuration - If products are selected to be deployed to every new user from this domain, everyone will get the license - If this is not the case, and the configuration is not providing licenses, and this is manual, portal customer without licenses wont have any new…

Same error here, i feel like that is related to type field. im running some tests but if the type is "Date Time picker" and the other is only "Date Picker" is a clue. Because the Date Time picker is expecting time information, i assume we need to "transform" the data from one to another. I will let you know when i finish

Hola @Ester Cerveró Sugiero verificar el elemento de diseño del problema y verificar si el campo está oculto cuando está vacía si es así, y necesitas que se muestre siempre, tienes que ponerlo en la sección correspondiente El doc para su consulta…

Hi again You can find the global settings here https://idevsolucoes.atlassian.net/jira/settings/products/servicedesk/customer-access For while, I can tell you that you need to register your customers under "Customer" menu projects . So they can access the Customer portal and run approvals without licences. The example you…

Hi @Danny Ziegler welcome to the community. Do you have access to different projects that contain epics? Has this project its own epics? Please share more context what epics you are looking for, and answers so I can try to help you
-
Hi @Hagar Livne Goldberg You can use Automation feature to perform this. The trigger would be issue transition, and the action based on branch I recommend you to look at the guides available to start using it https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/guides/automation/overview i hope this helps

Hi @Mayur Gaikwad/Tech PMO This is not a Jira Software default behavior. You will need to search for add-ons that might help you in this scenario.
-
Hi @Naya Fabiani you will need to configure your service desk projects customer permissions session. They sound currently opened. Please check this kb to understand what are the options and configure the way you need.…

Although he is the owner, he is not listed as editor. So you need to do the steps I mentioned to fix that. :)
-
Hi @Aleksandr Ganiyev You don´t have to pay for "customers" in Jira Service Management, and they can be searched to be approvers. You dont need to have Jira Software to do this, but depending on your JSM project configuration you may ou may not have the hability to search them all. So some things to check then i will…
-
Hi @CHINNAMUTHEVISAI.SATYANARAYANASHARMA You will need to take ownership of this filter and provide the edit access to your user. Sounds to me that Alison is the only one editing, not sure if its also the owner as the screenshot does not show the owner name The specific session from KB…

As per this doc https://confluence.atlassian.com/automation/jira-smart-values-date-and-time-993924864.html the smartvalue for this format is jiraDate { "fields": { "customfield_10022" : "{{startDate.format.jiraDate}}" } } Can you try again?
-
Hi @David Leal This is due to the date formats are different in custom fields x system fields. If you want to set the date in a custom field, try { "fields": { "customfield_10022" : "{{startDate.format.jira}}" } } If this works for you please accept my answer :) And if not, let me know the new error so I can follow up with…

Hi @Patrick Till Currently I just know add-on to share the dashboards filtered by organizations via customer portal. I have used this one https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1217341/charts-and-reports-for-jira-service-management?hosting=cloud&tab=overview Suggest you to test it. Helped me a lot with similar scenario.
-
I'm sorry I was not clear. There is no way to sort by organizations field. It's not supported
-
Hi @Michael Golden As of now, Organization field is not supported for sorting. I tried on advanced search and the message is Field 'Organizations' does not support sorting. The command is "Order by" used to be in the end of the JQL. I hope this helps
-
Hi @MahanthPrudhvi You can have only one default level per issue security scheme. The default level will be applied as soon as the issue is created. If you need is to select the security level during creation is also possible, but not automatic due to groups. Another thing you can do is change the security level via…

Hi @Alex S This is not available as out-of-box in Jira Service Management. There are some add-ons you can search that may fit for your needs. I hope this helps

Hi @Mateo Colombo When you need to do actions in different tasks, related, child and parents, you must use the Branch rules. So you will have options to do all the actions you need. As far as I understood you are not using branch yet You can find more information…
