@Verena Themsen - I don't have an undo button on Confluence Cloud using Chrome. I had not noticed this was missing yet as Command + Z works. I also had a look at Learn about Confluence Cloud editing improvements and from the screenshots under "Which editor does your page use" it does not look like the old Confluence Cloud…

ShipIt days are great for getting features like this out-of-the-door.

@Liam Green - after reading your comment I am now thinking of the Civ 3 tech tree

I'm never one for planning to start something new. If it is worthwhile for me I'll start straight away or not at all. In saying that, I don't have a lot of hobbies. so maybe there is a flaw in my thinking. :P

The ability to keep the pages sorted in alphabetical order is not available. Atlassian has a ticket gathering interest which you may want to add your vote to: CONFCLOUD-65062 Allow for persistent sorting of pages

This is possible. There is a great post about the differences between labels and multi-select fields from @Sam Hall back in 2017 that work a read so I have copied it below: Labels vs multi-select It really depends on what works best for your users, and how important it is that you have control over the values that people…

All apps are not created equal. While there is a difference between the apps available in Server and Cloud (some of these due to technical limitations), I'm not sure comparing the total number of apps available is a useful metric. If there are any Server apps you enjoy using and/or rely on, please reach out to the vendor…

Hello @Konstantin Nazarov I will definitely be quizzing my Russian colleagues about the shared word for Wednesday and environment. Languages are fascinating. Here is an example of English weirdness: “A rough-coated, dough-faced, thoughtful ploughman strode through the streets of Scarborough; after falling into a slough, he…

I find rose a really relaxing scent. I have a lip balm infused with rose oil I use for a quick pick-me-up. It has been a while since I brought a box, but I used to reserve this special brew for when I needed to (mentally) take myself out of a stressful place for a few minutes so I could continue with the day.

Looks like a promising start to a productive new group.

Congrats!

Unless you are referring to the Epic Status - which I find easy to confuse myself with the status of the Epic issue.
-
If changing the status of an issue moves the issue form backlog into a sprint there may be an automation or workflow post function operating here. When you open NI-12 and look at History tab (normally this is set to Comment view by default) you should be able to see when the sprint field was change and by who.

I don't have much in the way of advice but I feel this pain too. Our team is using video in our Slack calls a lot more than ever before to help us all relate to everyone we are working with regardless of location. It is tempting to push meetings out to days where as many as people as possible can be in the office together…

Thanks for sharing your thoughts @Mike Rathwell - thoughts shared by many but not so eloquently communicated.

Hi @Laura Snoeij - I have moved this to the Jira Service Desk area so it will be seen by more people who may be able to help.

My feedback so far: * Editing profile data is not enough to trigger "complete profile data" task. Do all fields ned to be completed? * "Login for the first time" is not showing as completed even though have have logged out and back in and had the pop up about the beta program display. * I am already am member of many…

Atlassian has free training here. Start with Atlassian Cloud 101, then try the tutorials an skill builders.
-
The URL is https://enable.atlassian.com/learning-paths but you will need to have access granted by Atlassian.
-
Hello @Neha Singh - check out the learning paths Jira User and Jira Project Administrator to see which one best matches your path and review the suggested training and certification there. Before your do - you might want to check out the latest announcement from Atlassian University - Updates to Atlassian Certifications.
-
Thanks for sharing your steps. I can see how useful this documentation would be and can image use cases for a column documenting the known usage (not used / widely used, purchased for a specific team's need etc) and (links to) test cases for post upgrade testing.

Hello @Nikolay Petrov - you might like to check out https://developer.atlassian.com/ for topics that get 'under the hood' of Atlassian products.

Hello @Kristján Geir Mathiesen - the passing score varies by exam and is listed under the Exam Details space on each exam information page i.e. https://www.atlassian.com/university/certification/certifications/exam-acp-100

Typical ... I set things up the hard way and get around to sharing my genius and there is now a shiny new button that helps make it easier (and makes my article out of date already). The joys of writing documentation in IT. This is why Confluence works so much better than static document files :)

It seemed easier to write an article to share rather than a comment - Using Slack and Atlassian RSS feeds together

Does the event have to be for leaders? I ran a ACE on Cloud Migrations - https://ace.atlassian.com/events/details/atlassian-wellington-presents-migrating-to-cloud-and-the-best-of-confluence-cloud/ Here are 2 questions I gave an answer for: *…

I talk about how Epics are a container/grouping that can be reported on and typically spans multiple sprints. Epics could track project phases, specific product functionality or any other way of categorising work. Stories/tasks is the standard issue type representing work that needs to be done typically sized to be able to…

The extended idim that comes to my mind is "Curiosity killed the cat but satisfaction brought it back". I guess with nine lives cats have a flexibility with the mortality thing.

EasyTime is an app for Jira Cloud that records time when you view, comment or resolve an issue. During your free trial you can limit EasyTime to specific user groups or projects so you can see how it works without introducing something new to the wider team until you are ready. I work for TechTime, the developers of this…
