At a quick glance it looks like you have a status called Backlog. This is likely associated with a kanban board column also called Backlog. On the scrum board, a ticket will show in the 'backlog' section below the named sprints whenever the "sprint" field is not set to an open or future sprint regardless of the status.

Hi @Andrei Neagoie - you may have more luck over at https://developer.atlassian.com/

The setting that controls the default assignee is not held in the workflow. Check out the Roles section of the project settings. You can chose the relevant default assignee for each project without impacting the workflow or needing a post function.

You will need to update the estimation statistic on any "not doing" ticket to zero so they do not affect the burn down calculations.

Forcing people to log time can lead to the creation of worklogs but do not necessary result in accurate results. Getting accurate timesheets is a challenge we at TechTime know well. After many attempts at gamification, persuasion by meme, and constant nagging we developed an app which is now available on the Atlassian…

Sprint in openSprints() is the JQL that will give results that dynamically update as sprints are opened and closed over time. I find the Two Dimensional Filter Statistics gadget to be helpful in early dashboards to see project and filter results by fields like assignee, status, priority, etc.

We use the "resolution" field for this. We have "Won't do" alongside 'Resolved' and a few others so we have the ability to report on why issues are closed.

Thanks @vildana_ermaya We have received your email and will be in contact with you soon.

As Insight is now an Atlassian product I am going to move this question to the "Migrations" home in hope that it will be seen by people who can help.

Atlassian's website has a use case for Yuli Pharmaceutical here. I used Google Translate to see the English language version.

"Rank" is the invisible field that is used when sorting issues on kanban and scrum boards. Hopefully having the name of the field will make it easier for you to find.

You should be able to update the billing of your site by logging in to my.atlassian.com using your email address as the login ID. If you have additional questions, open a ticket in Atlassian's support portal: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

There is an issue that appears to be tracking this you may want to vote on: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-75552 On another ticket an Atlassian posted: Thank you all for reaching out to Atlassian Community! I would like to share with you an update from our developers regarding VSCode. It was posted on the…

There are quite a few Marketplace apps that can help with this scenario, even some that are free.

Filter subscriptions are great and are often overlooked as a solution option. :)

This could be done using Jira Automation. Check out this page for links to some great articles and examples.

Your best option right now is Jira Software 8.13.x as this is both the latest release and a long term support release.

Trello Teams are being renamed Workspaces soon. Yes - you can delete boards and create new boards as the limit is 10 active boards per team/workspace. As a Trello Free user, you can have as many teams/workspaces as you like so there is no limit on the number of active boards you have.

Your question is answered by Atlassian here. Atlassian supports feature versions for two years after the first major iteration of that version was released. Generally one version a year per product is designated a Long Term Support release. In addition to the 2-year support window, LTS releases will benefit from patch…

Hi @Brittany Sudlow - what is the connection between this list and this list of Confluence Cloud training. Will the second list grow over time to include all the topics above or are these resources being maintained by different teams in Atlassian? Either way - all this training material is great!

EasyTime is an app for Jira Cloud that records time when you view, comment or resolve an issue. During your free trial you can limit EasyTime to specific user groups or projects so you can see how it works without introducing something new to the wider team until you are ready. I work for TechTime, the developers of this…

We have a couple of hour gap between sprints. Our process looks a bit like: * Prepare for sprint close by closing all completed tickets. * Review open tickets and determine if there are any you have worked on that should be split i.e. a 2 point ticket was partially completed sprint 1. Update the ticket to 1 story point and…

The announcement is something we knew was coming as even at Summit 2019 there were clear indications of what was to come. A generous amount of advance notice has been given which means while there will be a change to the way we do things, there is no sense of panic or urgency. How about for you @Monika Rani ?

Troubleshooting from a distance can be tricky. What happens when you refresh the page? Some updates made in the right-hand panel view are not reflected correctly in the board list view immediately.

Tempo comes with a set of inbuilt filters but the custom filter I had had to set manually under each person's login.

Hi @Ye Fung Tchen I have created a filter called "My tickets in the current sprint (dynamic)" with the following JQL: assignee = currentUser() AND Sprint in openSprints() Team members can see the results of this filter by clicking in the search issue field shown in your screenshot and using the down arrow because we have…

If the issue has the issue type "epic" then the ticket has two status fields. The 'epic 'status which can be changed in the right-hand side panel and the standard 'status' field which moves the issue through the workflow. Where I work, epics are used to group issues together so are never put into sprints, only the issues…
