Can you give more details of what you are after? Are you wanting to confirm they know their stuff, able to Google and answer, or have an Atlassian Certification?

Another way to find questions to answer is to use the Questions filter and Unsolved. The first reply is not always the best solution or even a solution at all. Someone else may just be commenting that they have the same issue.

'IS NOT' does not work with Issue Key and Issue Link field types (see here).

The only workaround I have is to copy the dashboard and associated filters - which is far from ideal. I'll be watching this ticket to see if there is a more elegant solution out there. I've added the atlassian-marketplace tag as the solution may be found there.
