@Jodi LeBlanc I received my first honey wrap in a goody bag at a waste-free lifestyle event and won my second one. I leave crafty stuff to other people and just support their efforts by buying things like this when I want them.

Beeswax wraps also smell yummy.

You can create a project with sample data. Go to Projects > Create Projects and look for the 'Create sample data' option at the bottom of the create project model. Clicking on this will update the create project module to display as below:

Here are some password related tips: * addresses make great passwords. Use the address of your local takeaway store, a friend's address, are somewhere you used to live (if you have moved a few times). * use passwords to reinforce goals like '6krun<1hour' or 'EpicholidayDec2019' or 'Post1article/month'

Could you use a label to identify Epics on the COOs radar?

The link should work now @LarryBrock :)

I use filters in JQLs but stick to the operators = or !=. These are interesting puzzles but I was unable to find anything help you solve them. For example 2 I cannot think of how to combine "issueLinkType = "is blocked by" and then query the linked issues.

I love it! There are times when a 2 is an achievement to celebrate and an important milestone on the way to a 3. This is a great way to show progression over time. I have worked in many workplaces where people seem to forget that "doing a good job is the baseline", at least until they ask for a pay-rise or apply for a…

I added the tag on this article to get you started :)

Atlassian - what's new and what's coming soon Atlassian Summit 2019 Recap #1 highlight - SWAG. Also known as 'stuff we all get', is a fun part of any expo experience. * There were over 1000 vendors and 5000 attendees. * The top tip I learnt was for Tempo in Jira Duplicate Tempo timesheet entries (like daily standup) by…

If I recall correctly there were 6 people who travelled from NZ and a few others who had long trips as well.

Some of our customers like this feature as it means anyone in the Organisation group has visibility of the requests raised by others. They do not need to add other request participants, and when the team changes this only needs to be updated in the organisation to apply to all past and present tickets.

@Andy - PTC Redundant via LAX. The way there was 26 hours between the first airport and getting to the hotel room.

*shock* I just realised by article lost the carefully curated images in the publishing process. Crisis adverted. Images restored.

I enjoyed reading your perspective.

A workaround was shared in 2018 in this thread for Bitbucket which you may be able to modify for Sourcetree if it is worth the effort for you. This is an international community. Some of us are lucky enough to work in places where your post would be considered unprofessional and a temporary icon colour is either mere…

I have a tip for you @Mark Campbell-Vincent Create and use a tag on posts like these (opsgenie-faq, opsgenie-kb, opsgenie-tips, etc) so if someone finds themselves on one of these articles, they are easily able to find the others in the series. ----- I can't offer any OpsGenie tips yet because our implementation is on our…

@Andy - PTC Redundant and @Jodi LeBlanc - it is ambitious to expect to complete in-person Summit challenges, virtual Summit challenges, and experience Summit all at the same time! I found my first summit so action packed I was experiencing community login withdrawals. I did not log into community for multiple days in a…

@Amorita van den Heever - I have some good news for you. You do not need administration permissions to change your default dashboard (the page you see wen you log in) in Jira. You are also able to create a private dashboard or a dashboard you share with your team. Configuring dashboards in Jira You may also be able to use…

Thanks @Mikael Sandberg - this is great feedback to get.

We are not streaming our events at this stage. Let us know if there are particular agenda items you are interested in and I'll send you an update after the event. Have you joined the NZ-wide Slack group @Ragesh Nair ?
-
@Amorita van den Heever - wow, your experience does not sound fun. I understand your frustration is you are using a vanilla set-up of Confluence and Jira without Admins to finetune things to suit your organisation and work processes. I have also used many tools but had admin access early on so perhaps it is the ability to…

I hope you get a new role soon within our ecosystem. I enjoy and learn from your posts. Here are few of my mind-worms (catch phrases that are practical and seem to weirdly repeat in my head): * Righty-tighty lefty-loosey - works for most door handles, keys, screws etc * Top of bottoms and bottom of tops - when pegging…

I'm bummed out that your thread is so quiet.
