Hi @Erez Inchy , I think the page include macro will do what you need. https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/include-page-macro-139514.html

Hi @Ryno Lourens , Welcome to the Community. You are here in a public forum, so I removed your personal data SEN, Phone number and email. We are all only users like you, so we can not help you directly. But you can reach out to the Atlassian support here https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
-
Ok, if the problem still exists, you should reach out to the Atlassian support then, they can investigate this further. You can find the support here https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

Hi @Luis Cabezas , This is shown only when the current status does not exist in the new workflow. If the status exists, this step is never shown. So if you want to force this step, you have to make sure that the current status does not exist in the new workflow.

Does your jira have an url like yyy.atlassian.net , then you are in the Atlassian cloud. If not, it is probably an self hosted server instance .
-
Hi @David McCallum , Welcome to the Community. Are you on cloud or server? Did you check, that your connection does not have any problems?
-
Hi @Manny , Did you read this https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver071/importing-data-from-csv-802592885.html There is a part for importing cascading fields. Please mind the mentioned issue with the import.
-
Hi @Curtis Windsor , I don't understand your requirements, I think. If you add a public comment, the creator will have to go to the ticket also to update it, right? So where is the difference to send an email in that case?
-
Yes, that will be the easiest way to do that.
-
Hi @Cholo Sabido , I don't know way to do something like that in Jira, but if you want to do that in confluence, maybe the table transformer macro may be a solution for you. It is a part of the table filters and charts app…

And the description how to get the developer license is still correct in that kb article. But you should have the limitations in mind that are listed there also. So if you are on a starter license for example, you can not get a developer license.
-
Hi Mike, I'm not sure about version 4.2(I don't have one to test it myself at the moment), but in general it was the same configuration on server.
-
Hi @Jonathan Okie , You have to create a support ticket then, we are only users like you. You can do that here https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ You will probably have to create an support zip as described here https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/create-a-support-zip-790796819.html
-
Hi @Jonathan Okie , * Sometimes the requirements are changing, so it is always best to have a look at the requirements page before upgrading. * If you created a new database, you will have to run the setup wizard again to connect it to jira. You can just remove the db.xml from your application-home to go there. But with…

Yes, that's right. Can you check if the assignee is on the edit screen for that issue type.
-
Hi, Take a look here to find out how to check if the version has changed. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-Integrations/Find-out-if-a-JIRA-update-event-changes-a-specific-issue-field/qaq-p/618091 And this might help for the linked issues…
-
Hi @Jake Jollimore , I never tried that before but it should work using the Behaviours part of Script Runner. With that, you can hide fields on screens. https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/5.4.47/jira/behaviours-overview.html
-
Hi @helen levich , I think this should be possible. You can check if the version has changed on a epic and if that is the case, get all linked issues and change the version there.
-
Hi @Sridhar , I'm not sure if I understand you right. You want to share filters with your team/use them on a dashboard and if you change a filter, it should change for everyone? That works out of the box. Additionally, you want that this filters can be used by others? Your team members can search for the filters by owner,…
-
Hi @Raphael Soares , In the menu bar us the assign button, right? Can you use that? If not, check the permission scheme, there is a permission for assign user. Check that you have that permission.
-
Hi Bert, Welcome to the Community. If you are currently working with sprints, you have a scrum board. If you want to use a kanban board, you do not have sprints, because in kanban no sprints exist. But if you just want to use swim lanes, they can be used with a scrum board also. Just go to board configuration and then to…

Maybe this might help https://confluence.atlassian.com/bamboo/dedicating-an-agent-629015108.html And this https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Bamboo-questions/How-to-assign-a-specific-build-agent-server-for-a-build-plan/qaq-p/353008 Might help.
-
You can create a database dump and a backup of your application-home/data folder, reinstall Jira a restore the data and database.
-
Hi @luciano_carlomagno_neuralsoft_com , Local agents are running on the same server like your bamboo. Remote agents are all agents that run on another server.
-
Hi Olga, Just remove the script, then it should be back to default, which is a public comment.
-
Can you try to start jira without apps like described here and check if the error appears anyway. https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/startup-check-starting-jira-872266333.html
-
Hi, Search for Error or Warn in the log file, that lines will be the ones that may contain the relevant information.
-
Hi @Aljaxus , I think the best start will be to have a look at the logs. You should start with a look at the atlassian-jira.log in the application-home/logs folder.
-
hi Take a look here https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/atlassian-support-end-of-life-policy-201851003.html
