Hi @Indira Damavajhala , Welcome to the Community. Sure you can do that. Just make sure your server is secure.

Hi @[deleted] , Boards are just a visualization of your issues. So you can not move them to another board. What you can do is to create filters, so that it appears on one board but not on the other. So the issues exist only once and because of that, they disappear on both boards when you delete some.

The link is for 7.6.1, if you have another version, you may want to check that, if it is available there.
-
Hi @Alexander Porrello , The link is for jira cloud, but your tags are saying you are on server. Server is still on version 2. Try this for example. https://docs.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/api/REST/7.6.1/

Hi @[deleted] , Welcome to the Community. You can either export an issue in the detail view or you can search for issues in the issue navigator and then use the export in the top right to export the data.

Hi @Jiya Peng , Welcome to the Community. The field epic link can contain only one Epic. I usually use this field to connect stories or other issue types to an epic, not to link epics to each other. But you can use the issue links to connect epics with each other, there you can have as many links as you want.

I'm sorry, never experienced something like that.

Hi @Melissa Schwartz , Welcome to the Community. Are your tables formatted right with the header column? And is the spelling of the "attributes " correct?

Hi, Maybe xray is a solution for you. Zephyr might work also. I think if you are looking for test management in the marketplace you might find some more.
-
Hi @Gianni S , Welcome to the community. Where is your database located? Also on your laptop? Are you using the internal H2 database or something else?
-
Hi @Dominick Bakhtiar , Welcome to the community. What do you mean with marking a project as done. Are you talking of issues? And is done the status or resolution?
-
Hi @Baztheman , You are right , it should work when you just change the port in the properties file. https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/bitbucket-server-config-properties-776640155.html Are there any errors or other messages in the logs that may indicate why it does not work. Are you behind a reverse proxy or…

Hi @Daniel Silveira , Welcome to the community . If confluence does not start, you should have a look at the log files, beginning with atlassian-confluence.log in HOME/logs There you will probably find a hint, why confluence does not start.
-
Hi @Lisa Cannon , You can just upload it like any other attachments. There are also some built in macros that allows you to embed the attached video directly, I think. And if I remember correctly, there is also a macro for YouTube for example.
-
Hi @Antônio Duarte , You Can take a look at the log files, maybe there is something logged when you try to remove that user. Start with atlassian-jira.log in Jira-Home/logs If you can not find anything there, I would try to reach out to the support ,as this sounds like a bug. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

Hi @Andrew Chung , Boards are just a visualisation of the issues. So it is no problem to show the risk on both boards. You just have to edit the filter that selects the issues for the PMO board so that it selects the linked issues. And you might need to edit the board configuration so that the status used in the…

Hi @Kenneth Ombati , That's an error on the website. You can just wait because it will probably be fixed soon or if you want to you can contact the Atlassian Support here https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

But keep in mind, that public is really public, so everyone can access that spaces. If you want to have only that users from your organisation, they have to be licensed.
-
Hi @dinesh , Welcome to the community. If you start your fresh installed server, there will be a wizard where you can configure your database. If you already did that, and now want to change the database, you can just shutdown jira delete the dbconfig.xml file and start it again. Then the wizard will appear again, but you…

You are right, Core is always included in the other Jira Products, because they are all based on the Jira core.
-
Hi @Craig Ganssle , If you use JSW or JC features, depends on the project you create. If you create a Software project, you will use JSW features, if you create a business project, it will be the core features. Workflows and such things depends on your configuration, but if you create a new project, the default should be…
-
Hi @Guillaume Bigel , I would prefer JSD for that. First, you only need licenses for the agents(the guys working on the backend), but everyone can create issues in the front end and see the status of their request. Second, there is already a change workflow included that you can use (which is ITIL compliant)

Hi @VujacicSun , There is a vulnerability in confluence that is attached a lot this month and it seems that you have been hit by that. Here is the advisory regarding this https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/confluence-security-advisory-2019-04-10-968660855.html
-
Hi @Lutz Petrean , Welcome to the community. In your confluence settings are the space permissions. Go there, find the space and then you can give yourself the space admin permission. Then you should be able to delete the space.
-
Hi @Geronimo Barrionuevo , Welcome to the community. There is a developer community, I think there you will get better answers for your problem. https://community.developer.atlassian.com/
