Hi @Kasper Møller Time tracking is not on the road map yet, you can view what is coming up here: Next-Gen Road Map You can also watch the enhancement request for time estimates here: JRACLOUD-70694 -Scott

I went through the permissions in my test space and did not see anything that would allow you to create the page from the "Create" button in the space but not from the "Add How-to Article" button. This one seems odd to me...I'll ping some of the other Champions and see if they can help.
-
You'll need to go to "Project Settings" in the left-nav column, as outlined by @Rynder Roy Klomp. That's where the Screens section is that allows you to customize the issue view screens. -Scott
-
That's the right spot, @Pavan Tipparaju. Try moving the Description and Acceptance Criteria to directly below the "Summary" field. -Scott
-
Ahh...I misread your post! Sorry about that... Does anything happen at all when you click the "Add How-to Article" button?
-
Hi @Ernest Koe, When you click the "Create" button you should get a pop-up window with a list of templates. There is a link at the bottom to show more templates, which expands the window to include all the templates that are enabled for that space. You should see a "How-To Article" template in there. If not you may need to…

Hi @Pavan Tipparaju, Here is an article in the documentation that may help: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver0711/configuring-the-issue-detail-view-955166046.html -Scott

Hi Tim, The functionality to search for epics isn't there yet, please see JSWCLOUD-17239. -Scott
-
Hi @[deleted], I didn't see any product suggestions similar to this when I searched this afternoon; resource leveling may remain a functionality for add-ons like Portfolio. You can, however, submit it as a product improvement via the Atlassian support page at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ -Scott

Hi @Jess Sartin, There is no way to do this out of the box, but there is an add-on that may help. Take a look at Kanban Combined WIP for Jira Cloud. It is geared towards ScrumBan, but it may fit your use case. Hope this helps, -Scott
-
I'm not aware of any way to do this for Confluence server, I checked for a server version of the add-on and for similar products in the Marketplace and came up empty.
-
Hi @Kristjan Vilipõld, I would imagine something like this could be done in Jira; I use Jira Software and Jira Service Desk together for project requests, purchasing, invoice management, etc. For a service desk workflow you can check out the add-on Sales and Operations Workflow. If I were setting it up I think I'd start…
-
HI @maarten breesnee, Confluence does not do this out of the box, you would need an add-on to import multiple documents and convert them to Confluence pages. You can try Universal Importer For Confluence, that may provide what you are looking for. Hope this helps, -Scott
-
Hi @Nicole nic_wie, This is a known bug, please refer to TRANS-2531. There is link to a language pack in the workaround. Hope this helps, -Scott

Hi @Jonathan Dempsey, Based on your screen shot I don't quite understand what you are asking. Here is how I am reading your burn down chart: * The Sprint "DB Greatness" was scheduled for Nov 8 through Nov 22 * The gray Guideline shows how the estimated progress of the work through the course of the sprint, ending on Nov 22…

Hi @Duane Mattos, Jira does not do this out of the box; you can get some resource reports to show how much time they are logging, but not if they are over allocated. You'll need an add-on for that, I suggest either Big Picture or Portfolio. -Scott
-
Hi @Paul Edison, Could you explain further what you mean by "overbooked?" I first think of time charged, but it could be resource allocations, due dates, or a number of others. Thanks, -Scott
-
Hi @John Morisson, Are the label fields missing from your issue view, or has the data in the fields been cleared? If the label field is missing and you are using the new issue view you may need to verify that the Labels field is properly added to your project screens and then check to see if the Labels field is hidden on…

@[deleted], I have no affiliation with Atlassian. Members of the community are volunteers who, like yourself, use Atlassian products and come here to share their knowledge. If you like you can raise it as a product request here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Hi @isabel.conde, Epics are not part of Jira Core, out of the box it only has Tasks and Subtasks. You may be ale to create a custom issue type called "Epic," although I have not tried it. However, the field you create will not behave like an Epic issue type does in Jira Software, rather it will be like any other custom…
-
Hi @[deleted], This was a change to the new view; the "o" shortcut, the "e" shortcut, and perhaps others are no longer available. This is expected behavior since the issue is on the screen and you can edit it. You can, however, turn off the new issue view for software projects for now in the "Personal Settings" of your…

Hi @Robin Arnold, I found some JQL in another post that may help. Try the query below (I've put the new text in bold and italic) project in (DIT, EINF) OR "Agile Team" = Infrastructure AND (sprint IS EMPTY OR sprint IN closedSprints() AND sprint NOT IN (openSprints(), futureSprints()) AND status != Done) ORDER BY Rank ASC…

BTW...I found a bit more info from another post that may help: "Change this by going (as Admin) to: 1. Jira Settings on the left-hand menu 2. Issues on the left-hand menu 3. Time Tracking on the left-hand menu 4. In the Time Tracking screen, click Edit Global Settings which is a button at the bottom of the screen. 5. On…
-
@Luka Zlatecan, do you know if you are using "Legacy Mode" for time tracking in the new Jira Issue View? Some documentation: Configure Time Tracking If so you may be running into this bug: JRACLOUD-69154 -Scott
-
Hi @Alexandra Pavlov, Jira does not do this out of the box, but there are a number of add-ons for Agile and Scrum reporting that may help you get where you need to be. I suggest trying SCRUMe or Capacity Tracker. You can try these free for 30 days to evaluate them. If that does not work the only other way I can see to do…

Got my sticker!

Hi @Josh Carter Unfortunately, releases are not available for Next-Gen projects yet. -Scott
-
Hi @Sebastian Kouba, I have some governance restrictions in my organization as well. There is a global permission for creating next-gen projects, you can remove the "Anyone" setting and add permissions for the groups you want to have access. here is some info an Atlassian Team member sent me:…
-
Hi @Markus, Since you are using releases and epics for other things and you don;t want to use labels (I agree, btw; you'll get odd and misspelled labels,) the only option left is less easy/comfortable. You will need to use a custom field for your functionality bundle. You can create it as a drop-down select list if you…

I'll post my "I voted" selfie tonight, after I vote...It's a voting day tradition for my wife and I to walk down to the polls after dinner. But for now....If you or someone you know didn't vote in 2016 for whatever reason but especially because you thought your vote wouldn't have an impact you should read this:…
