I cannot install plugin:
I get this error
Hello @Adam Walczak
The message is pretty straightforward. This means that the the app from the vendor's side is not functioning properly.
Is this the application: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1222748/time-to-invoice-worklog-reports
The failure message are quite Straightforward.
I would give it a bit of time and then try again.

Hi @Adam — if Time To Invoice isn't installing, you might want to try WorklogPDF (worklogpdf.com.au) as an alternative while that's being resolved.
It's a standalone web app rather than a Jira plugin — you connect via OAuth, select your project and billing period, and it generates a PDF invoice from your worklogs directly. No installation required so you won't hit the same issue.
Free tier available if you want to try it out.

Hi Adam - If you're looking for a more established alternative, Tempo Timesheets is worth a look - it's one of the most widely used time tracking apps on the Atlassian Marketplace and handles worklog reporting with a lot of flexibility. You can filter by project, sprint, issue type, assignee, and date range, group and aggregate the data, and export to PDF, Excel, or CSV.
If the use case is client billing specifically, it also supports setting up Accounts to categorize work as billable or non-billable, which makes it easier to pull clean billing reports by client without manual filtering.
Happy to connect you with some folks to answer any questions about how it handles specific reporting scenarios.
Disclosure: I work for the team behind Tempo.
Hey Adam! 👋
That install error is on the vendor's side, like Nikola said — nothing on your end to fix, so an actively-maintained alternative is the practical way forward. Turning worklogs into invoice-ready reports is exactly what JetTime (a third-party Jira app) is built for.

Hi, @Adam Walczak!
If what you were after was invoicing from worklogs, one thing to watch whichever way you go: don't bill from the work item export. Its Time Spent is the all-time total, so anything logged before the month gets charged again. The month's own hours come from the worklogs: worklogDate >= 2026-10-01 AND worklogDate <= 2026-10-31 finds the work items, and /rest/api/3/issue/{key}/worklog with startedAfter and startedBefore gives only the entries inside the month.
worklogDate >= 2026-10-01 AND worklogDate <= 2026-10-31
/rest/api/3/issue/{key}/worklog
startedAfter
startedBefore
I made Logline, which builds that report inside Jira, so I'm biased. Every hour logged counts as billable unless a Jira admin takes out a space, or the work item carries the label non-billable (its children follow). Hourly rates go by space, by person or as a default, and each report shows billable hours and the amount. From Download you get a timesheet PDF for the client, Excel or CSV in decimal hours, or the billable lines as a file Xero or QuickBooks imports. It doesn't send invoices itself.
