Switching email address

Question

I'm not able to switch email address in my account. I'm seeing this message but not receiving the email. I've checked mimecast and the email is not there. I'm stuck here.

We just need you to check your email ——@—.com and to verify it’s you and complete the update.Resend emailUndo email change

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

I've tried again. Thanks for instructing me to do it. I triggered another email indicating I already have an account with the email. That leads me to solve the next issue. Thank you!
