Ao acessar o app do jira de Team Reports, com.gebsun.atlassian.reports.free/myworklogs-report-page, aparece erro ao recarregar a pagina, isso esta acontecendo com vocês?
Hi @Marcos Messias
Is this issue happening for multiple users in your org or just for you?
para todos os usuários
Hello @Marcos Messias ,
Good day! Welcome to Atlassian Community :)
I see you are encountering issues with Team worklog report plugin. I would like to inform you that the vendor (Gebsun) was formally delisted and removed from the Atlassian Marketplace due to persistent lack of customer support and violations of the partner agreement.
Why the app fails to load:
The vendor abandoned maintenance and never migrated off deprecated Jira Cloud search endpoints (Atlassian developer changelog), causing runtime API errors.
Several customers have raised tickets with the vendor, and it’s truly disheartening that they haven't received any updates. Our marketplace team has advised us to inform you that, given the vendor's unresponsiveness and their removal from the marketplace, we should explore alternative options that you can use instead of this add-on.
Next action plan:
You are warmly invited to explore the Atlassian Marketplace: [https://marketplace.atlassian.com](https://marketplace.atlassian.com/ ), where you can discover and compare the latest work log apps. You can even start a free trial to see which option best fits your needs.
Thank you
Following up on Shalini's advice to switch apps: if you need a per-person worklog report like Team Reports gave you, Timesheets for Jira is free and reads the worklogs already stored in Jira, so September's hours show up right after you install it. Full disclosure, I work on it. If something Team Reports did for you is missing, tell me here and we'll look at adding it
Olá, @Marcos Messias!
Shalini's right that Team Reports won't come back, but the hours it showed aren't gone. They're ordinary Jira worklogs, still sitting on each work item.
Without an app, last month's hours per person take two steps. worklogDate >= 2026-10-01 AND worklogDate <= 2026-10-31 finds the work items. Then /rest/api/3/issue/{key}/worklog with startedAfter and startedBefore gives each entry with its author, and you add them up by person in a spreadsheet. Don't use the Time Spent column from the export for this. It's the all-time total, so September's hours would land in October too.
worklogDate >= 2026-10-01 AND worklogDate <= 2026-10-31
/rest/api/3/issue/{key}/worklog
startedAfter
startedBefore
I made an app for this, Logline, so I'm biased. It reads those same worklogs, so your history shows up the moment it's installed. Pick Last month, group the rows by person, and download Excel or CSV. You can save the report for your team or put it on a dashboard. It changes nothing in Jira and sends nothing out of it.
Were people using Team Reports for their own hours (the myworklogs page in your link) or for the whole team's?
