Hello Atlassian Team,
I am an administrator for our company’s Atlassian Cloud environment, including Jira and Confluence.
Our current Organization Administrator will be leaving the company shortly, and we are currently unable to complete the necessary Organization Admin handover directly. This person is not collaborative with the upper management anymore. Hence why this email.
We therefore need assistance from Atlassian to ensure continuity of administration and access to our company’s Atlassian environment.
I already have administrative access, including User Management administration, but I do not have sufficient permissions to assign or change the Organization Admin role myself.
Could an Atlassian team member please contact me privately or create a private support case so that I can provide our site URL, account details, the administrator information, and any company verification required?
We need the Organization Admin role transferred to me as the authorised administrator for the company.
This is time-sensitive, as the current administrator will be leaving the company shortly.
I would prefer to provide all identifying information, email addresses, and supporting documentation privately rather than through this public Community post.
