Automation runs for incorrect issue type

Question

Hi guys,

I have an issue with my automation running for incorrect issue types.

Here's my use case:

* We have bugs that are reported by a QA.
* Bugs can be of two types: Bug and Support Bug.
* Once a bug is created, a sub-task with Functional Testing issue type is created.
* This sub-task remains unassigned unless you assign it manually.
* So my automation need is the following:* Once a bug or a support bugs are transitioned to the 'Ready for QA' status, the Functional Testing sub-task should be automaticall assigned to the {{reporter}}.

The issue is the following:

* Functional Testing sub-task remains unassigned so only parent task is assigned.
* Not only bugs and support bugs get assigned to a {{reporter}}, but all issue type.

Can you share a screenshot from the automation's audit log?

As for the assignee, can you try copying the reporter value without using smart value:

I would also use the option @Sayed Bares [ServiceRocket] suggested, but also change the trigger of your rule.
